    When I was a very young new bride I had the idea to can peaches in MY kitchen all by MYSELF!!! 😁 I didn’t think about different kinds of peaches . I was so excited to be a wife and in my own kitchen . I bought cling peaches !!!!! I think I ended up with bandages on every finger trying to get the seeds out !!! Now I laugh about it . When I was the 18 year old crying in the kitchen I didn’t see the humor !! 🤦‍♀️ That was over 30 years ago !!! I started to giggle when you said can peaches !! Thanks for the laughs!!! You look wonderful! Pregnancy is such a wonderful amazing time !! Well until those last few weeks !! 😂 God bless you and your family, thank you for showing Christ through you ! It is so needed for young ladies now !! ❤️

    I am amazed by:
    1. All what you do in one day,
    2. All what you do after the groceries: unpacking, etc..
    👍

    What an enjoyable video! So relaxing - on this end, at least! 😂 I watch videos of you making good food like your noodles with chicken and all the fruit you cut up as well as the peaches you canned and I feel like I’ve eaten, too! I can just taste it.
    Seeing the kids outside takes me way back to my own childhood and how we spent our days outside just being kids and watching and learning how things work in the world. Jamison and Chloe are lucky to be growing up where and how they are. And how sweet of them to wash the dishes! 🥰🥰
    Happy belated birthday, Amy! Hope your day was lovely and glad you had your dinner out at Olive Garden. Your bump is growing and you look well. Have a wonderful week!

    Thank you so much for sharing your life with us Amy! Always love your videos! Your peaches turned out lovely. I've been making peach freezer jam; I also made some blackberry and blueberry. Did you get your meat and cheese keeper from Tupperware? I always admire it when I have seen it in your previous videos. I so enjoy your background music and the wholesomeness that you and your family convey. Have a safe and blessed weekend.

    Why did you pressure can peaches when you can use a water bath to can them?

    • @hann3671
      @hann3671 Год назад

      I wondered the same thing but I don’t really understand the difference between a water bath and what a pressure cooker does.

    • @PositivelyAmy
      @PositivelyAmy  Год назад

      The pressure cooker is much faster. Water bathing works just as well, if that is what you prefer.

    • @teresatrump8366
      @teresatrump8366 Год назад

      @@PositivelyAmy how can pressure canner be faster when you have to wait to come up to temp, vent for 10 minutes, then pressure cook specific time, then cool down until no pressure, then remove lid and wait I think 5 minutes before removing jars. This is a longer process as water bath is hot or cold into hot or cold, bring to boil, time, turn off, wait 5 minutes and remove?
