This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very beautiful and very adorable and this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).
I have the same table. We filled the cracks with a light putty and sanded the table down and put a clear stain on it. Now it looks like a Swedish/bohemian table.
I totally relate with the stress of finding renters with a time crunch!! My husband and I just went through this. We bought our house last year and spent the ENTIRE time we lived here renovating it. THEN he got military orders to move us cross country lol. We thought we’d be here for 3 years at least. I found us renters with a 2 weeks to spare. I’ve never felt that level of stress😅
@@MaceyMerlak I get it! We are from Wisconsin (I’m not sure if the interest rates are different here) and we added onto our house. Our initial plan fell through because the payment & interest was crazy! The addition was smaller than our current home, but the payment would have been more than our current mortgage 😳 By the grace of God, he gave us a different avenue and we were able to expand. It wasn’t what we wanted, but what we needed!

How are interest rates now? Last we checked they were crazy.
They are rough! But the market will get even crazier when rates drop. We will hopefully refinance when the time comes!
