I'm not good about commenting, but wanted Devi to know that I have worked through these 30 days of Yin a couple of time already this year, and working through a third.. It has become an evening routine before bedtime. I have found your guidance through these Yin poses to be healing and soothing. I appreciate you!
Thank you so much for these classes. I'm recovering from an awful bout of Covid and have been stagnant and fatigued. These challenge classes are the perfect length for what I can do and afterward - well it feels like I'm being cleansed all over. Loving the sutras! Thank you Devi.
I actually like it that I don’t know the time, or need to think about how much longer I’ll be in a pose, knowing she will take care of it for me. I can forget the passing of time for once.
@@alisahietamies4467 I think she is amazing with or without the timer. I find im better at enduring a pose if im uncomfortable if I know there is only a little more til the end, as opposed to not knowing and getting out of the pose early
finally a form of yoga I can connect with! I love these movements as it allows me to find my stretch within the movement and for the first time ever in many years of trying and abandoning a yoga practise I actually feel like I don't want to come out of a pose! Thank you so much
I was satisfied to strecth my stiff neck on the right side which I got this night avoiding my cat on our bed. Open wings and twisted roots released it more. I only get strecth in figure 4 pulling my knee more in and on a block. I am happy now doing both of sphinx and seal without bolster or pain. Thx 😍🤩😍.
Thanks and namaste 🙏 love the 3 Om's at end as ever.. been chanting Om allot recently in the my city's streets ( Glasgow) and everywhere ahha om shanti thanks again
Dearest Devi, thank you so much for your email with so many spiritual truths .....I appreciated the words and the message. I am going to copy and paste to my Kundalini Awakening page on my computer to reread often. Much love and Namaste'
Hey there, my body has been feeling so great doing these mini sessions. I do have a question. What can pose can I substitute for Open Wing? My fingers tingle after a min or so.
Loving this challenge and introduction to the sutras. I’m quite new to yin yoga and am learning a lot. Can I ask what to do with my head neck and spine in the postures like the butterfly? Should I just let them relax and hang or hold up gently?
There are three ways you can hold the head and neck, and you should do whatever feels best. You can relax the head down completely, or hold it up, or support with props. Different people's bodies have different experiences with this, and different needs.
I hope you feel rejuvenated after this practice! Sign up for the challenge here: challenge.devidaly.com 🩵

I love all your classes. I do miss the timer that you used to have on the screen letting us know how much time is left in the pose.
Ah yes, I needed to reduce the editing hours to put this many videos out…

She is amazing with or without the timer. But the timer is helpful.

Hey there, my body has been feeling so great doing these mini sessions. I do have a question. What can pose can I substitute for Open Wing? My fingers tingle after a min or so.
Hi Toni, you can get a similar but less intense chest opening in a twist, and you may also get something similar in supported fish pose :)
Thanks for this session ❤
Love your class; just tried it❤

@@DeviDalyYoga thank you for the prompt response. Does that go for the spine as well?
