Today was the first time I did my first yoga session immediately after waking up. Now I feel so great compared to a typical morning and I think I'll do the same tomorrow, maybe forever 😊 thanks for doing what you do for us all!
Thank you Devi, I had a challenging time sleeping and this class along with meditation helped me feel so much more restored. As a yoga teacher myself, these classes are so very beneficial for my own self-care. I love what you are doing on the channel and feel very grateful.
I can do half saddle on my left side without blocks on my right I use two flat ones. To feel strecth in my glutes I need a soft block. That was a wonderfull sutra and i love the vibration of the chanting. Thx 😍🤩😍.

Gratitude.....your guidance is perfect where we are asked to 'play around' with the pose to be comfortable in our bodies while we feel the stretch.....combining the sutra with rest and meditation is beautiful.........Blessings for a lovely day x
My boyfriend is a singer/musician, and always hollers from the other room, "She hit B flat!" or "Oh, she's hitting A tonight!" Always right in that range, and very pretty and peaceful. He chimes in with Devi and me with the "Aums" too. :-) Sometimes he grabs the guitar, or plinks it on the piano. He's resisting a full blown workout - the brat! lol We'll win him over with Aum/song though!
Thank you. I need to do some slight modifications but I am finding some easing up. I experienced a cramp in my left thigh T doing saddle pose but it eased when my knee was a bit higher. It’s amazing how the body and spirit can stretch
