Been having a love affair with Saddle pose in the last year or so. I'm much older than you, and clearly recall a time when even upright, seated on heels and slightly leaning back on hands, was bit of a challenge. Now able to sit between feet and lie back onto lowest position of blocks. Arms overhead...pretty blissful. Helps undo all the time spent hunched over gadgets.
That was a great class!! I went all the way back in my saddle pose, surprisingly! I was semi up on my forearms but still pretty close to the floor as I have short arms. I was proud and impressed with myself. Saddle is a pose I went into a lot as a child and really enjoyed it. I am very glad it stayed with me. Thanks!

This was good and intense, this lesson was spot-on. Just a little bit of saddle, my body has almost closed the front side so I have to work long and soft on saddle

Full saddle with a block under the shoulder blades and my head touching the floor for a neck opening. Half saddle was barely available in my body months ago. I love yin.
I’m very stiff through my knees and I worked into the saddle pose with the help of props with both knees bent. Thank you for this video. I practice with you every night right before I get into bed. Great way to unwind and let go of my day.
That was wonderfull. Full saddle has become my favorite now since I have no more nerve pain in my right hip/back exercising all day with you. I sit on my feet and have two flat blocks and my arms overhead for more stretch. I also use soft blocks to support my hands in dragon and still my bolster in sphinx. Thx😍🤩😍
Enjoyed doing this class today outside on a beautiful deck of a gorgeous house we are renting here in Ontario Canada. My r s.i. joint has been really cranky so i hope it will settle down now. Thank you
This felt amazing after a long run. In saddle, for some reason, I mainly feel it in my ankles, is there anyway to make it a little less pressure on the ankle?

I love saddle pose, however I still have to use two pillows to get into it, but I'm working on getting to the ground. One of my favorite poses.
saddle has always been tricky for me, it involves so much trust! I am much better at it and use a bolster❤
I tried the full version of saddle with lots of cushions and bolsters and blocks .
