Devi, thank you for the lesson! Wanted to share my feelings last two-three days. Oddly, felt anger and impatience. Though maybe Yin practice does not suit my current inner state and wishing to have a more speedy session + annoyed that body did not stretch as wanted it to. So forced myself to finish till end. Today woke up grateful for the life I live now. It is a gift after the difficult times and I just need to embrace it as it is now. Even as it is seems easy and simple now and don't need to be feeling guilt about it. It's just this time to observe the environment and connect with people who give new experience with feelings. Maybe this is a challenge after all? Thank you Devi, it is helpful to document everyday feelings and acknowledge that the downs are just as real and have to be in place as the ups. So, I enjoyed this today's lessons, feel happy and body did stretch pretty well! Proud that continued this challenge, and today the result showed up! Feeling relieved that shared my feelings with you! Namaste!
I really love the way you explain the pose and where we should be feeling the stretch. In the rooted twist pose, my back felt like a piece of rotini pasta.
Hi Devi, the music sent me into an another dimension 😀awesome ! ! I've discovered a new way to do butterfly, that feels really good in my body : feet a bit further to the pelvis than regular butterfly (it's kind of diamond legs), forearms on the mat, placed under my shins, palms facing towards the sky. Feels really calming ! Thank you for being with us every day🙏

I don't get it: I've been practicing yoga on and off (mostly on) for almost 15 years and i find many of the poses challenging! Thank you. It helps me be more patient and kind to my body. ❤
I had no more pain now after sphinx by doing every day , except monday, yinyoga with Devi. Half butterfly with elbows on the ground I can do on my right side with my foot against the calf. On my left side I have my foot against my knee. I can cross als ankles on my left side not to the right. If I understand well the sutra spoke about the great light above as which is the universe or God or I am. Thx 😍🤩😍.

Devi, all my teachers start double sided poses on the right, but I've noticed you start on the left. Is this a yin principle? Just curious. Thank you for this satisfying class!
