You are my favorite online yogi! I love the quiet you offer once we get settled into a pose. Thank you for this wonderful practice: it’s the encouragement and support I need to resume a regular yoga schedule.
Dragon and Gecko were both hard on the back knees, perhaps some padding will help I am very grateful for these classes. I am 68 and I think this will only benefit me. Thank you
Thank you, Devi, I most appreciate your encouragement and find it helpful when you point out the area where we are to be feeling the focus of the pose! Looking forward to continuing to practice with you! ❤
I love your peaceful practices, the more lying there is the better :)) But today is the first day of my period and I quess there was not much prana in my body :(
such a great challenge to start this brand new year and being able to get back to our body after the hectic times of the last two weeks . feeling both deeply streched and relaxed😊🙏
Taking a break from my Yin Yoga Teacher Training with you but still practicing with you daily to enhance my learning and fell my best self. Thank you Devi!
Loved this class. Just what I needed after an early, busy shift at work! Helped me calm down and process my day. Love getting a new class every day. I look forward to seeing my email land every morning. This is an amazing challenge, thank you ❤
Devi since these four classes I feel so good, of course I do every day qigong with my teacher and than two hours yin yoga ever day. I mean every day because I am free of the pain in my body. Also I downloaded the papers of the course so well presented and planned I am so grateful for find you. I just need some time and I will think to be in your classes.
Day 3 but have also included Day 4 ..I feel a better connection doing both classes 3/4/24 …love how calming you are through the class and your explanations thankyou 🙏
Thanks Devi, I'm really enjoying your classes. I've tried a few online yoga classes over the years and I'm definitely finding that your classes are really making a difference in how I feel afterwards and I look forward to the next class which keeps me motivated, so thank you very much 😊
I can’t even put into words how I feel. This hits incredibly after a cacao ceremony. Feeling the prank moving fully from my base to my ⭐️. Thank you thank you Sat Nam 🙏
I always do a wide child pose or tadpole. I use flat blocks in the dragon variations even in half split. I still don't like square I just do crossed legs and in caterillar I put my head on my crossed arms like in dangling. Thx 😍🤩😍.
Hi, this practice was particularly hard for me since i have quite stiff pelvic muscles and joints. Although it was uncomfortable, i think I’ll follow it again because i need to gain flexibility and ease. Day4 might wait a day. Thank you, Devi!
Hi Devi, this was a very relaxing practice ! Thank you 🙏 Had to modify ardha hanuman on my injured hamstring : I sat on my R buttcheeck, leg in saddle, and L leg laying flat to the ground, blocks on either side of this front leg. I find it puts less strain on my hamstring. Do you consider it is a good alternative to ardha hanuman ? Thanks ! !
Thank you for this beautiful practice to start the new year .your voice is so soothing and helps to relax into the poses. I have arthritis is my hands and find dragon pose to difficult- what can you suggest as an alternative? Thanks Devi!
In the next few classes in this series I’ll introduce upside down dragon pose, and also dragon with blocks-both are good alternatives for wrist strain.
I found you through your RUclips short on yin being like punk rock yoga and have fallen in love with your style! I always hear that yin should be done no more often than 1-1.5 hour, 3 times a week. What's the difference between that and this daily yin challenge? 😊
Welcome to my channel, glad you found your way here! There are no hard rules about how often to do yin, since everybody is different. That said, the amount of time on the mat with this challenge is 210 minutes a week, which aligns with the total weekly minutes of the schedule you mention.
Devi I love your classes! I have a question maybe you can help me with. Is there a modification I could do for the gecko pose, it hurts the knee in back when I do it.

It sounds like maybe the variation you ended up in is half frog… sounds great!

@@DeviDalyYogaThank you!!
Thank you again for this wonderful day for. Do you have any Yin yoga practices especially for the neck?
I have a whole playlist of yin classes for the upper body: ruclips.net/p/PLnjG9KtXn_odpXT9VtfAlH7QVCVegp6as&si=pZM65AhUPOQkx4ol
Devi I love your classes! I have a question maybe you can help me with. Is there a modification I could do for the gecko pose, it hurts the knee in back when I do it.
One option is to do it with yoga blocks under the elbows. Another option is half happy baby pose which is the same range of motion but upside down.
@@DeviDalyYoga ok thank you so much! That's helpful
