It felt like world stopped for a while and nothing mattered any more. When I was listening to the sutra, I imagined my breath flying into the air and further to the universe. And returning back to my body, filling with joy and sadness at the same time.
This is my third practice day of yin yoga with you, Devi, and I really feel the difference an exclusively yin yoga teacher can make. I'm from Brazil, and I'm in my 68 years old. I've been practicing yang yoga for 5 years, and now I do both daily. I'm so appeased and relaxed! Your e-mail messages and posts explaining the benefits and unique ways to perform the postures are essential for us to know how to conduct during the practice. You're an angel in my life. My genuine gratitude to you! Namaste!
There is something really beautiful, loving, and comforting to come to these practices and not having to look a certain way, or do a pose "perfectly". There is a sense of deep belonging and peace here. If I had a million dollars I would give it to you, Devi. You have a wonderful gift, and these practices are much needed and so helpful for this world. I will continue this challenge and I appreciate you!

I was happy to release doubt through my therd eye to the earth. I still prefer to do half frog on my right side instead of half butterfly , I like to have both elbows on the ground. I did again the chanting on my back and love to hear those sutra's. Each time you here something different. Thx 😍🤩😍.

Feeling so grounded and open. Released tough things back into the light to be transmuted. Big heavy emotions coming up and leaving with a gentleness. Had to put my cat down and this really allowed some energy that was stuck to lighten. 🤍
