    Thank you Devi, just what i needed after a long hike, especially with a osetoarthritic knee thia was devine, i had to modify some of the poses for sore knee but all good, you are the best. xx😇

    It came just in time I had tension in the neck and felt it in the first child pose but went by in the second. I was happy to have no nerve pain in half frog on my right side and did full saddle on the feet now which is less intense. And in caterpillar I crossed my arms as in standing dangling very relaxing. Thx 😍🤩😍

    Really enjoyed this! Had already done another 30-min morning Yin practice as kind of warmup so loosened up a bit. Appreciated introduction of poses not usually included in your Yin classes and being offered choices (although I learned to give myself permission to substitute once I discovered your channel years back). Your pointing out where sensation should be taking place brings awareness that most likely would've gone unnoticed. Thanks.

    Wow, thank you very much, Devi. I loved this practice. It hit all the spots. I love your tender guidance into feeling the body and finding graditude. I am asking to find graditude in my heart for my body. I am older, and doing yoga, even yin, sometimes is a challenge and the body shows me where it is stiff....that awareness sometimes causes fear to surface.....I am finding it very challlenging, the aging process!!!     Awesome yin. the different modifications that you show and your queue Ing are so smooth and great. The timer is so helpful to know how much time I have left and that I am getting the same amount of time on both sides of my body. I am so glad I found you. My husband has young on set Parkinson’s and he started doing your sessions. It has helped him tremendously, especially with the timer and the different modifications. Thank you so much.😊

    I don’t know why but that saddle pose really did something special to me. Also the alternative swan w knee bent got much deeper on the side hip. Such a good class. 🫶👌
