  • To do this lats strengthening exercise (lats = latissimus dorsi, an important muscle helping you stabilize the mid back),
    - stand "like a monkey"
    - flatten your lower back
    - bring your straight arms in direction of your belly button.
    Careful: your line of sight must always be at 90° from your spine.
    This is an excellent exercise to fight rounded shoulders posture!
