So many great points. I've gone to many chiropractors along with PT once. PT helped my lower back but didnt completely take the pain away. My neck has been the worst for years and I am in my twenties. Chiropractors only temporarily give relief while still having some pain still there. Many doctor appointments over the years and I still don't have a definite answer as to why or what is going on. I feel I am wasting my twenties away being unable to hold my head up for longer periods of time and unable to do many things and enjoy my life. It scares me that so many things have failed and I could be recommended surgery this young. I appreciate your videos. They are straight to the point and make the most sense. I am following your advice

Make a video about to watch tiktok, RUclips on ur phone while you sitting on the bed, sometimes I watch movies on my right or left side I use my hand and arm to support my head but now I’m scared if that can effect the shape of my skull in the future.

you know my friend, the problem with this type of request is that (with all due respect) they start from the wrong standpoint. The point is not HOW to watch your phone in bed, but WHETHER you should do it... I have a radical answer: consider that your phone messes up your neck 6x as much as your desktop when you sit equally well (no hard science behind, just a rough estimate). This is enough to consider your phone as an emergency device: if you're not dealing with an emergency, don't take your phone.
I know I sound old-fashioned, boring and everything. But I didn't set the rules...
Actually, I am now waiting for my food on the kitchen bar, and I went upstairs to take my laptop to type this, rather than doing it on my phone. Still not ideal, but better. That's the idea.
      Makes sense?
