Would you have amy ideas or suggestions for helping with my hips feeling almost dislocated often when i stand up from sitting or move in a particular way? Thank you for all this amazing information.
waoh, dislocated??! you mean when you get out of your chair or when you do strange moves?
Great advice! But what if im on a bicycle, my head neutral position is looking downwards, but i need to look forward to see the road? As the bike season approached i think this is a topic many will be interested in
Maybe just buy Dutch style bike and than You can ride with Your back straight
Indeed, @unguided1989 has good advice: bikes on which you lean forward cause neck extension and therefore I don't find them great. For safety reasons I wouldn't use them for cycling (I fear it will slow down your reactions), meaning that you're left with 1) using your eye movements as much as you can or 2) finding a bike on which you're more upright, i.e. less aerodynamic...
Any videos for anterior pelvic tilt. I have severe tilt.

I find myself leaning forward when i brush my teeth. Am i in forward head posture? My cervical spine is reversed and i’m trying to find the culprits.
I found that my hair bun is one of the causes 🥲
Honestly, it's very difficult for me to judge based a short comment... but I have 3 suggestions for you:
- either my whatsapp hotline or zoom consultation, both from my webshop: oliviergirard.ch/en/shop/
- or you send me some pictures of you brushing your teeth and I publish a public review such as these ones: ruclips.net/p/PLrkU7wsPQIPqFWP3O6TWqD_87UmUcujsn
Let me know!
