- For all you pizza lovers, this is it..You get all the flavors of pizza without the carbs..Yes, I know you can buy GF pizza crust, but it is pricey..My son isn’t GF, so I just toasted a piece of bread and made him an open faced pizza. He loved it..Just an idea.. #homemadecooking #great #easy
Recipe
1/2 lb ground beef, or any meat you prefer..turkey, sausage ,venison
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup peppers,,,red, green, orange,yellow
1 cup pepperoni…
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup black olives
3 cups shredded cheese…any cheese you like..I used cheddar, mozzarella, Italian, and Parmesan
Brown your ground beef in a skillet.. Drain
In an 8x8 or 9x9 inch casserole start layering your ingredients..in whatever order you prefer..
This is the way I did mine…sauce, cheese, meat, veggies, pepperoni…repeat layers..Top with cheese and pepperoni..Bake on 375 for 30 minutes
You may use any meat ,any veggies, or whatever cheeses you like..
This is your, make it like you like…
I paid over $20 for a so called large pizza last week. I paid for sausage and pepperoni. The size was what I would call medium and the meat was very skimpy. I am not doing that again. It was mostly crust which I do not need.
It looks like to me that your version would be waaaay more diabetic friendly and I could use ham, Ital. sausage and pepperoni.
I know what you mean, that’s why I love this recipe so good…I can eat it and not feel guilty and yes, I have found if you order thin crust, it is still too thick..🌹
If you still order pizza, Domino's has bowl food. They could put your toppings in that if you don't want the crust. I just thought of that today. I haven't tried that yet. Worse they could say is no. They're not gonna beat yuh over your head for asking. This is America.

I always add a squeeze of Stevia liquid sweetener to the sauce. I like a sweeter sauce.

It is a blend of Asiago, provolone, and several other cheeses..It is in the cheese section of your grocery store..It comes already shredded
You forgot the garlic - consequently I forgot it also! How does anyone make pizza without garlic? Great idea to do it casserole style, tho!

This is making me hungry. It is my understanding that crustless means there is crust just less of it, while crustfree would mean there is not crust at all.
There is no crust in this dish…When I say Crustless, I mean, no crust..I will clarify from now on and use the term crustfree…never thought about it that way…thanks🌹

Someone ruled me not to eat pizza ever again knowing, I'm diabetic. Like taking candy from a baby, like taking the whole pizza from an Italian. pizza. Cause of the crust. I was ordering pizza with just the toppings. They looked at me strange like planet did I hover from. They asked me what are they gonna put it in. I didn't knowing either.
Can you eat the cauliflower crust pizza? Walmart has so many choices in it now. I love the cauliflower pizzas. If you have not tried them, you might want to.

I have been eating pizza for years and leaving the crust behind, literally. I scrape off the “ good part, and eat that because of a gluten intolerance. I wouldn’t die if I ate the crust, but I would get tummy troubles. I didn’t feel bad about this until I saw this recipe. Now I am thrilled to know there is a great alternative. No more toppings only. Why didn’t I think of this?
I don't mind crust..only thin crust though..not too much bread
So many of my viewers are gluten free and low carb, so I really try to cook for all different diets.. Roy loves thin crust also🌹
What do you eat this with if you dont have a crust. Even gluten free has cauliflower crust
We don’t use any bread, but you could use gluten free bread or any gluten free product..
Only thing about this is it’s too salty
There is salt in the cheese…Just don’t add any extra salt to the meat..you can also cut back on the taco seasoning and that would help. Make it to your taste..
