I made your taco casserole last weekend and divided it among 2 casserole dishes so we could eat one last weekend and froze the other one for a quick meal in a couple of weeks. We really liked it.

I wish I had known about low carb cooking before and he might have still been here. I miss him so much. Keep up the recipes. I’ve started eating low carb too and am always looking for good recipes. I’ve subscribed because I like you both so much. You are an example of what marriage should be like. My husband and I were best friends and we both laughed together and often slow danced in the kitchen and jitterbugged in the living room. I’m waiting for the earthly resurrection to occur and we will bee bop and laugh once again.
