- A meal like chicken Parmesan, spaghetti, or chicken Alfredo needs a great, easy ,quick green salad..you can whip this one up in 10 minutes tops..Make it with things you have in your fridge..The good thing about a salad is it made be made different every time and still be healthy…This is just what I had today..A salad goes with almost any meal…
Recipe
Romaine lettuce
1/3 cup red onion..sliced
1/4 cup celery..sliced
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup red pepper…julienne
1 cup bite sized cauliflower
Mix all together and voila..instant salad..
Suggestions to add to..
Broccoli, sprouts,cucumbers, squash, beans, use your imagination..add meat and make it a meal
This is my salad dressing that Roy and I love..
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons stevia
Whisk all together in a bowl..store in air tight container…refrigerate until ready to use..

What could I use in place of stevia?
You can use monk fruit, Allulose, swerve, or sugar, if your not low card or sugar free
