I like what you are putting into your breakfast casserole… One of the problems that I am noticing I say go on RUclips and look through the different videos is that quite often the amounts of milk or the amounts baking etc. are not put in, also the amounts of spices. Please remember that not everyone is cooking for a family. I have no idea how many people your casserole serves. I’m a senior I’m now cooking for one and I’m trying to make small casseroles that I can cut up and freeze for later on in the weeks. Fridge space is limited for freezing and storing food. I really wish that more people would be aware of the amounts that their product produces and address it to the people who are watching your video. How many eggs did you use, what if you don’t want to use a whole bag of the potato and peppers, how much milk did you use, can we substitute half-and-half or would that be a problem, I am not writing this to complain as much as I am to try to get people to be aware of the fact that many people want to cook from scratch again these days but do you need specific information as they may not be natural cooks… I am going to go and find your maple sausage that you talked about because you made it sound so good…
