Oh no that coat closet in the utility room would become my pantry. Love the large guest bath, that island, the big guest closets. They thought of everything. Nice find.
Love the home! I would choose lighter colors for the kitchen and switch the barn doors to regular doors.
It has a good floor plan however, I agree the kitchen is cabinets are too dark or lighten the counter tops. Looks a little outdated like that. Love the detail on the island. Love the fact it has a fireplace but it seems a little narrow. Thanks for the showing.
Very impressed with this home. I love the fact there's room for a freezer in the laundry room and the split bedroom layout. My favorite thing is the kitchen is completely separate from the living room. Kudos for finding a lovely home I wish I could have.
Had to rewatch this. As much as I wanted to go inexpensive, its hard when this is priced so reasonable for all you get! That rope on the cabinets just gets me 😆
This is a very nice home, loved it, the only negative for me is no pantry. Lots of cabinet space, but need a pantry.

This is the best one you shown yet. That extra closet near laundry room i would turn into the pantry room ,since you could put a freezer near it. It looked deep enough for small one. other than that its perfect.
That living room needed something but the cabinet color I would change definitely! But overall it was great!

I loved this home Nate - a lot!! 💜 of course, I would have to switch out the electric stove for a gas stove, replace wire shelving, square up the sinks and remove all carpet….. that’s a fantastic price for this home…. It has great curb appeal but I don’t like the cabinets because they’re too dark for me. I’m quite sure I could switch the colors out with no problem. Thank You again Nate for sharing this home. Nice home for someone else. Don’t like going through the kitchen to get to the family room, and in the master bedroom, I would opt for two separate mirrors and add a window in the center. Master closet was on the small side, considering how big the master is. Nice job Nate.❤

I really like this home and you are right it is the motherload of homes. And I love that in the laundry room there is a place that you have room to put a freezer most homes don't have that option. And the guest bathroom is amazing oh my goodness that is so pretty and so roomy and so much storage in that home. If I had to change anything it would be that one bedroom where the bedroom door opens up and the closet door is right behind it. I would change that closet door to a sliding door like in the closet in the master bathroom. I think the price is about right for this home I don't think it is overly priced. I've seen other channels that show homes smaller than this and they run over 200,000. I think this one is about right.

I love how each room is closed off. You don't have a huge open area showing the kitchen and the living room and the family room all open. It's nice how closed off each room is. I think the cabinets should be white. And the appliances should be silver. The hard wood floors are a little dark I'd want a light color wood Or silver carpet. Very nice double wide home.
Beautiful home! My only OCD thing would be that all of the cabinets would need to be the same color, lol. Love the ceiling beams in the den.

Hi Nate! Oh I wish this was available in my area! I REALLY love the layout of this hm. Good use of space so no weird layout that's wasteful. I would change some things like I'd lighten up the colors/cabinets bc I need light/airy. Also, I'd like to see if its poss to put in a sm vegetable sink in one of the ends of the buffet cabinets. A coffee/beverage area needs accessible filtered water. No carpet for me and I'd like pocket doors where feasible. It just seems like there is a door everywhere lol. This one is a keeper right after covered front/back decks (enclosed) are built on! Love it and Thanks!

The main bathroom needs a window. 190 grand is very good. I don’t care for entering a home and see the kitchen. This was very nice. Nice foyer. Arch ways a huge plus.
Absolutely love this home. Such character. Don't really like the dark wood. Wish there was a pantry and that the oven and sink weren't on opposite sides of the island. I thought it was funny that you and Chance both mentioned the sirens. 😂😂 of course. I wanted to know what happened!
I love everything about the house
This is amazing, and I love the colors! It appears to me, and I could be wrong, that the dark brown throughout the home is espresso. I adore espresso (and oil-rubbed bronze), and I wouldn't change the color in the kitchen to anything else. I also very much like the family room being removed from the vicinity of the living room and the front door. I think the kitchen's plenty big enough for people to pass through it on their way to or from that area. Both bathrooms are terrific, large and roomy, and the hardware/fixtures are a beautiful color!

Dinning Room with China Hutch Cabnets, I would add a Wine Cooler and Wine Rack. Master Bedroom 16x15 Size. Huge Master Bath, which i would make smaller. Walk-in Closet 4.5x15 with Shoe Shelves! $190,000

A beautiful home!
The master bath needs the sun tunnel skylights and a window over the commode. Otherwise, you can't use the bathroom if the electricity goes out. The kitchen is too dark for my taste. Guest/secondary bath is very nice. Laundry room needs a sink and folding counter. Thank you for the tour.

This is a super upgraded home. I would choose a bit lighter decor too! Otherwise it has posh and elegance. The laundry room didn't quite go with the rest but it is do-able. I am so impressed with the rest til I would say it's a sure "10". Thanks Nate for the view!!

Lovely dark wood A great entrance way
That was a beautiful home. In the shower they went to the ceiling with the tile. Personally I would prefer the square sinks in the bathrooms with that being said it’s a beautiful home. We have 20 acres in Michigan and currently have a single on it 14x70 a 1977 Schultz all redone. The window have been changed and are house windows. It has an open floor plan eat in kitchen with combined living room

Acutally I have never met him. I hope to at the home show in Texas. He is the reason I do these. When I was in the market myself I cam across his channel and started watching his video's. I could never find anything in the Northwest, so I started doing them in the Northwest and then branched out to other area's. I'm hoping to get him and Timothy and myself to occasionally mention each other, like they do on the Tech channels.

Hello Nate,...new subcriber here and I love watching your videos of Manufactured Homes. You do an amazing JOB showcasing your unique style and funny comments with your son. Now, getting to this home, there is a huge BUT and Universal Homes did an awful job on not placing Windows in the Master Bedroom. Whomever is the designer has there head completely on backwards. It is mandatory to always have a fire escape option and air flow in most all rooms of your home. The Master Bathroom is amazing, but the closet should be first when you enter through the barnyard doors. That way you can have windows in the bathroom. I LOVE the Guest Bathroom, especially the amazing Size of it and the Bathtub. They really need to UPGRADE this HOME, please and thank you.
