It’s very nice but I don’t understand why builders/designers don’t include a pantry? Where do they put their groceries at? Lol……and as a professional housecleaner …..those bronze faucets and rain head is terrible! They corrode so very easy…… I will say I absolutely love the kitchen, and basically everything else aside from my mentions.

I do agree. Every home needs a pantry - at least a little one. To me, though, the larger, th' better. 😻
Terrible kitchen. Fridge So far away from sink and stove. Also, you have to struggle with food and getting past those chairs

Absolutely gorgeous home. No pantry but plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, so not necessary. I would prefer drawers in the closet island.

Love Pratt Homes, love that kitchen.Will need to figure out where groceries are best accessible to stove and frig. Missing den area , but I can live without that. Love fireplace but in power outage, I want gas.

Hello Nate! I'm in the kitchen and so far it's a real beauty! It's a big place so I'm going to watch a few rooms and then type my thoughts.
** In the Living Room, I'd change that fireplace to a Gas Fireplace. An electric one doesn't help much, especially if the electricity goes off! Carpet in the living room.
** The Dining Room is nice. I can get Grandma's China Cabinet in the corner next to the microwave and oven on the dining room side.
** I love the Kitchen! With how big it is and all the countertop space and cabinets, you don't need that island. I'd remove it as it would actually be a very tight fit for me to get a wheelchair around it without hitting the cabinets and stuff. I might put a very small table, 2-4 sitter, in place of it - maybe. Those Lazy Susan's on each side I like. But I'd put them in those two top cabinets as well. I love where the microwave is located. I'd also option in for a regular Gas Cook Stove with and oven under it. I don't mind having two ovens at all. I'm disappointed that there's no pantry with this size house and that size kitchen.
** Okay. The Utility Room. You can get a good-sized Freeze, upright or chest, in that space in there! Great! You could also put shelves in there and turn it into a small Pantry. But I think I'd use it for a Freezer. And the fact that both the furnace and water heater are in the utility room where they belong is a big plus to me. A Garage would be built outside that back door. We'd also build a Storage area and a Big Pantry in the garage, and maybe a pet shower, which we could use. But that door going from the Utility Room into the Master Closet...just No! That door would be closed off! With that door closed off, that would actually give me room for an Upright Freezer right there; so I could actually make that other space into a small Pantry.
** Two of the Guest Bedrooms would be turned into my Library Music Studio Office Rooms. Not sure which two yet. The other one would be left as is. Carpet in the one left as a bedroom.
** The Master Bedroom is very nice. Carpet in here. I don't like the Closet being in the bathroom, but it's not a deal breaker. I do like the closet a lot too. Nice and roomy! Unfortunately I would have to remove the tub so I could put a Handicapped Tub in it's place. Don't know what to do about the water closet though. That thing is way too narrow! Maybe if we remove the walls around it and just have it out in the open and turn the commode to face the shower, there might be room around it for me to be comfortable. The tile shower just needs a door put on it - we do not like door-less showers! And I have already said I'd close off the door going from the closet to the utility room.
** We'd build porches around the house to the garage. Some would be enclosed and some just covered, but mostly enclosed.

I love the kitchen!! And the closets and laundry room are wonderful. I would really like a house with those features, but I want a nice foyer, I don't like a front door that opens right into the living room.

I Love this home. I love, Love, LOVE that kitchen. That is my dream kitchen.
The rest of the floor plan is almost perfect for my needs. The guest bedroom with the en suite bath could my son's bedroom. The 2nd guest room could be for company. The 1st guest room could be used as a media /game room. Or for my seeing machine and craft items. The Utility room is great!
I dont care for the very high price ... but this is a nice mobile home. ❤
The curb appeal or rather tge outside is very nice. Looks like a house. Not a trailer. I think the roof and the window placement gives it that.

This home is beautiful. I like the fact that it's a 4/3. The 3rd is great with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive. I see myself in there all the time. Great job!

Ohhhh my gosh, i am in love with the kitchen Nate, thank you for showing us this home, it's a beauty 😊unfortunately Pratt home builders have ALOT of really bad reviews, from would-be consumers to folks after their build, it's really sad that so many of these manufactured home centers and builders are not willing to put forth the effort to make their clients happy before and after the sale, one would think that taking care of their clients needs to have a quality home that they are spending hard earned money for would ultimately bring more customers to them due to having a great reputation 🤷♀️, but sadly with a majority of these places they could really care less once the papers are signed, it's extremely sad how the greed is in this business as well as other businesses that involve humans😔, people basically stealing consumers money some of whom don't have alot to begin with but worked really hard to save for. It's shameful and disgusting. Not all are like this but more than a few are.....Everyone looking to purchase these homes or any high ticket, potentially major decisions like this should please be careful and do all of your research because you owe that to yourself and your family, people have the right to want a decent, quality, safe home for themselves and their loved ones, i bet the one's who are selling these homes that are not of good standards would never want their loved ones to have these terrible experiences, it's just sad how some humans have no empathy, respect, or decency for other people.

Very nice ! I love that master closet! The only thing I would do different is to have some kind of dividing wall between the entry way and the dining room. It's just too open for my tastes. Otherwise it's great!

I Love, Love, love this house!!! My dream house! Especially the third bedroom having it's own bathroom. This house is PERFECT! With all of the kitchen cabinets, it doesn't need a pantry or pantry cabinet. Beautiful home, Awesome colors, Amazing floorplan!
I disagree on the pantry. The kitchen doesn’t have enough upper cabinets to store all of the pantry necessities. I wouldn’t want to use the bottom cabinets and be constantly bending over to retrieve my pantry items. Besides that, it’s difficult to see into the bottom cabinets.

Another one vice that does these are Showing they are beautiful. I haven't seen not a one that. I did not like I love every last one of them. But it was just one particularly dead tops all of them they were. It was a big old home with the kitchen is huge. And it had like a barn that goes around. It was too sharp but keep up the good work. Something about the houses designed in the south, they put the TV passes the marriage line with bedrooms to the left and right. Anytime somebody goes from kitchen/dining room or living room to bedrooms they are going to walk in front of TV. I just don't quite understand their thinking
