I rather have just one sink instead of 2. It's gonna be the bathroom for the kids and for guest anyway. No need to have 2 sinks. 11:50. Best spot to storage all your toilet papers and for bathroom cleaning solvent. 12:11. I rather get a shower and tub style.
@@NatesHomeTours have you ever thought about traveling to the middle Tennessee area to film? There are some beautiful double wide and triple wide homes in that area?
The flex room I would delete the locker's as you called them and see if I can get one doorway on the angle and would put My Piano in there and use that as the study/music room for myself. Of course choose cabinets that are not white and the entertainment center I would delete and maybe have a traditional style fireplace installed and delete the built in seat/cubbies in the laundry room and have something else to put in there that is more useful to My needs. The rest is fine. Not a big fan of shower tower's so would inquire if another set up is possible.
Great hall bathroom. Great utility room but I would turn the locker space into a pantry. All bedrooms/closets are very nice. Just don’t care for the kitchen layout.
