Looks like a nice home even tho I really do like a den as well. I would only change the colors lol I dont like browns,reds or yellows I am more of a gray,blue, white and black person. Perfect freezer space and I like that the microwave isnt over the stove.
Wish the closet in master bedroom was wider with additional hanging space, get rid of the tub in master bath and say bye bye to the rugs. I do like this home. ❤ From Boston
Yes, I like this home. I don't want a built in entertainment center. I have one that my husband and son built pulse I have an organ and a large upright piano.
Congratulations you finally said something negative and positive at the same time about freezer space and mud sink which I will delete a mud sink for a freezer space any day, most homes include a paycheck refrigerator and mud sink but rarely include freezer space and I think its an essential appliance for my home. I did like the rest of the home and priced lower than I thought it would be for a Modular and a perfect starter home.

I love the sizes of the bed rooms and the closets. I kind of like the floor plan, but my favorite is still the other one you just showed. Nate, red is not bad on you but a better color is a burgandy, sorry don't mean to tell you how to dress, hope you will forgive me!

I also love the natural wood on the barn doors. the sliding door at the front of the porch is a little awkward to me.

The brick will still be at Pratt Homes when this home sells. It is there just to take the place of the skirting.

It has a huge pantry in the corner by the refrigerator. I love a big pantry, it’s a must have for me.
