Lovely, large home. And it has a front closet! Two changes for me though. I would put the stove in the back of the U shape in the kitchen. Just would Ike a bit more room between sink and stove. And secondly, would extend the wall between the family room and the dining area and center a doorway, so there is more privacy from main living area. 👍👍
Love that it has a foyer. Like bay window. Not a fan of kitchen. Looks like oven door would hit cabinet on other side. 2 people cant be in it at same time. Its nice but not for me. But I do enjoy seeing all the homes. Thanks for the tour.
Love that you went with the flow. Sometimes can get confused or turned around when you or others skip master and come all the way back around for it. Go with the flow of the home!
I prefer you follow the flow of the home and look at the master bedroom and bathroom as you go along instead of saving it for the last. Speaking of Master bathrooms that tub was wonderful! Thank you again for a great tour! Two thumbs up 👍👍
Love that there’s no wire shelving anywhere…… I do love that home Nate ❤ you did great this time….. NO carpeting anywhere and need a gas stove plus I would option for the wood burning stove…. I’m in love with that kitchen 💗💗💗💗 Bblessed Nate! Miss Teena 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Really a great kitchen. Finally a home with a medicine cabinet in the master bath. No seat in the master shower though. It is an awfully big home for a single person. Speaking as a repo rep who had to repo these I can say Schult builds a great quality product. I truly like their homes.
Can't beat a nice foyer..and the spacious with those huge windowsill look totally beautiful..Love the farmhouse sink and the above window,an absolute major plus...This house is absolutely perfect...Nothing I would do different..Yessum,Tge backslash v I s designed really well..This pantry is absolutely a good size..,🌝🌼🌞☀️🌻🙂
I like the flow of doing the master in the beginning. I also like showing the house as any person would when touring in person. We don’t hide away from looking at the shower/bath/closets, why would we want them to be hidden in videos? Still hoping to see someone sit on the shower bench (yes, I realize this home didn’t have one…I’m just hoping if I add the comment often enough it’ll finally happen) & maybe the couch as it gives real life dimension to a video. Also, the open cabinets in the master closet are “pass through” so you don’t have to walk around to get your clothes after a shower. You can also hide your dirty clothes in there instead of the closet /bathroom/bedroom floor or use it for your bathroom linens. It’s handy sometimes. (if you have your laundry in your basement, you could turn the bottom cabinet into a laundry shute. Toss your dirty clothes down where it lands in a hamper until laundry day)
@@NatesHomeTours I know, right? Why laundry chutes went out of style is beyond me. At least medicine cabinets are making a comeback! Thanks for replying. Helps us little guys feel heard. Have a good one.
Oh WOW!!! The kitchen!!! Excellent. The rest of the home is just extra. Those built in cubbys in the pantry-so MUCH storage in that kitchen. And the eating area will provide room for a large table! The master bedroom has so many windows! Really great that all the windows in master bath open. Nice to have large closets in 2 of the 3 other bedrooms. Having a family room/den with fireplace is also a bonus. Utility/laundry room is great. Going to stop writing because the kitchen is AWESOME & there really is more to the home than the kitchen, & the kitchen is all I want to talk about. (I have 16 + me if my children & grandchildren are all here at same time.)
Yay!!! Something with carpet for a change. Love it lol. Love the cost closet, Lazy Susan doors and whole layout on this one. An A+ on a basement and I'd be set lol.
Love this kitchen, has great storage with lot's of drawers over doors cabinets and lot's of cabinets with adjustable shelves. Like the kitchen island situated like this instead of the stools with their back to the living room. Love the laundry room with it's properly housed water heater easily accessible behind a regular door And love the fireplace (traditional style) with the nice display shelves on each side. Love the master bathroom and that The window above the Tub has Windows that open and the closet shelve and pole are wood and not metal/wire. Love the Pantry. Like the living room that is spacious and that there is a coat closet in the entry. What I wish were a bit different is the opening to the Den is very wide and wish it were a little more narrow to have good corner space in the Den plus better Wall space in the dining area for a buffet/hutch. One thing it does need is a linen closet on the kid's/guest bedroom side. I'd probably loose the "Drop Zone and at least have a single linen cabinet put in and leave space for open use of freezer or extra refrigerator.
Love this house, do away with the rugs and tub in master bath , put shower where tub is and move toilet across from where it is now. Like the option for a wood fireplace. Thanks for another great video. ❤ From Boston.
Hello Nate Hello Raiden...That big drawer is a pot drawer on the bottom, but the preferated holes for pegs on the top drawer is to hold the lids to the big pots standing up ...15x14 is not that big for a master but it looks bigger with all of the windows..That bathroom cupboard is a "pass through"...nice! I really looove that big tub. Thank you Nate we truly enjoy your videos...great job!
I enjoyed the video and you can tour the home however you’d like. I like the layout of this model, personally I would change a few things but overall very nice
Hi Nate. You do your presentation how you feel like doing. Always a superb job. I LOVE the kitchen. Layout is good. My biggest turn off on many homes are floor vents. Gotta have ceiling ones and a/c.
All in all this is a really good home and I would consider it but I would also ask about any modifications I might like to see if possible. Thanks Nate.
I admit this one is a cut above it is very interesting lots of possibilities I wish you would review the options list I’m sure you would run out of time I do like the dark doors & trim
@@NatesHomeTours Oh wow!! A cross over video home tour?? I think that's a fantastic idea and it's too bad no one's ever done that before, they do it on other RUclips genres, like gamers and attorney channels.
The master bedroom has so many windows and doorways that it has very little options for furniture placement other than that one wall with the dresser as shown so wish that was better and sometimes just repositioning of the Windows opens up more wall space i.e. the two windows on the front wall if you separated them the same as the windows on the end wall this gives you more wall space so that furniture pieces wouldn't be placed next to one another but spaced out as they should.
@@NatesHomeTours that's perfect thank you. This was a beautiful home with some outstanding features but just Needs a few Tweeks to make it really right for me so knowing this is perfect. Thank you Nate

I prefer to save the master for last. It’s always the best part of the tour. It’s like eating desert before dinner.😊

I like you doing the master as you go. The children 's room and storage for them are more important to me than the master suite.🎉

Again, this is. One amazing home it is dropped dead. Gorgeous. I love it hope 1 day I can't afford something just like this. Keep up the good work.
Beautiful home! I like that you did the Master BR while you were there! This is the type of style home that I’m looking for. Love this! ❤
Magnificent! Available space, space, and more space. Exquisite floorplan and bedrooms. An ideal home. Thanks Nate!
Love this one! Great layout and lots of storage. And doing the home on a flow basis works well. Great video Nate.
Love the U shape kitchen and den; the smuggler pantry. Love the entire home. Fourth bedroom for an office

Thanks for watching.
Beautiful home but I like the reveal of the master bedroom at the end 🥰 thx
Nice.
Go with the flow very nice open to many cabinets
I love this home it's extra nice.
Really liked the floor plan it is awesome 😎
Very nice home. Master bedroom should be last. Great job.
This one is a keeper! So nice to see medicine cabinets; the hall bath needs one
I do like this one! And was shocked at the price!! Not to bad not to bad!!!!

Nice home and the price is right.
Just walk through the home as its laid out. 👍
I love the pass-through into the bathroom. It’s great for towels and supplies or even for clothes. I was wondering about pre wired networking.
Hi Nate, great video. I prefer the Master bed and bath last, it builds anticipation.
LOVE THE HOME! I would change the dark trim, not a fan of that, otherwise love it!
Love this home
Love the kitchen
Love love love those med cabinets in the mstr bath. Why aren't any of these home prepped for instalation of a foundation/basement?
Nice and Beautiful
All in all this is a really good home and I would consider it but I would also ask about any modifications I might like to see if possible. Thanks Nate.
I admit this one is a cut above it is very interesting lots of possibilities I wish you would review the options list I’m sure you would run out of time I do like the dark doors & trim
I filmed a few homes today where I did go over the options they had posted on the fridge and how much they were.
Big and spacious!!
Very nice!
I'm not sure how you do it, but you seem to find homes with the biggest kitchens and pantries. Chance would be jealous missing this one.
Maybe some day we will film one together
@@NatesHomeTours Oh wow!! A cross over video home tour?? I think that's a fantastic idea and it's too bad no one's ever done that before, they do it on other RUclips genres, like gamers and attorney channels.
I noticed many homes are going back to dark trim and cabinets. I don't like that and it's hard for me to get past the look it creates.
I love this housw and love ghe kitchen. Wish you could get it in Oregon
I think you can get Shultz in Oregon. I would call the Clayton Dealer in Albany. Shultz is a dvision of Clayton

Majestic Homes can custom build the homes. If you want fewer windows or more separation, I'm sure they can make that happen.

Different lay out
_ou do a great job. I would love to have this home
Nice home, but too big for me. I can only imagine how much it cost.
😊😊😊😊
Drop zone?? You mean mud room?
Drop Zone is what they call it in the floor plan when they put the coat hanger with shoe rack and cubbys by the door.
@@NatesHomeTours hmmm. That’s a new one for me! Thank you
I wasn't thrilled with the kitchen. House had nice features, it just wasn't my style in the Michener area.
I don't like the brown Cabinets with the grey backsplash. It so doesn't match.
Absolutely bizarre shaped kitchen. I don’t care for that at all. It’s such a narrow jammed little space. Pass on this model.
