Timothy?! A lot of these homes are completely massive!! They are extremely elegant, huge, roomy and stately. I don't know if I have a clear favorite?? But all of them, has their own style and grace and class, about them. What family wouldn't want to live in one of these places!! Plenty of room for everybody to enjoy, entertain, and have fun in!! Thank You for sharing these amazing homes 🏡🏠 with your subscribers!!😊😊😊😊
This house is fantastic! I love the side entrance garage, and that upon entering the house from the front door, a guest or delivery person is confronted with seeing the madness inside. Love the kitchen---especially a kitchen sink under the window as opposed to on an island. As a child, I can remember playing in the backyard and seeing my parents checking in on us from the kitchen window 🙂And don't even get me started on the screened-in porch....HEAVEN!
The advantage of the channel in comparison to the channels I watched earlier is more meticulous approach. As an English learner I appreciate that greatly. 🏡🏡
Stumbled on your channel today and love the house with just a few caveats. I would of course add a composit decking exit down from the outside porch somehow then screen it in. Also that kitchen is stunning, it's giving the French vibe where there's not many upper cabinets and open shelving instead which is gorgeous but I need my upper cabinets! So I think what would be perfect is to turn that Secondary entrance room into a butlers pantry built out with the same cabinetry and stone used in the kitchen and add upper cabinets on one side. This would give the home a "service" entry and it's attached to the pantry already which is great. I could plug in all my needed appliances there without taking up the beauty of the actual kitchen. Wish that kitchen bar was a bit more extended, Also the living room seems a bit small but wow really cozy. Great house and that basement really leaves the imagination open to make it yours!
It's in a country club neighborhood named North Ridge in Raleigh. I grew up in that neighborhood in the 70s, but what is happening there today is just insane. My family's home wasn't quite half that size! Older homes are just being wiped and replaced with these mansions now.
I'm biased but I prefer the 2nd home shown by Joseph Douglas Homes. That said, these are all lovely homes and there are some really neat features in each.
Tim I have two fav homes you have shown the first is my fav and it’s the DJK Parker IV , and the DJK Hampton . Yes there are others but I love the two story homes.❤
Reminds me of a new neighbors home .... he's a builder who tore down previous house and built a huge home with the same size, material colors and .massive size. Great neighbors & lovely home!
I’m with you Timothy I’m going to play the lottery! Wow don’t get me wrong I love my home and not planning on selling no time soon but wow I could see myself in one of these beautiful homes during the holidays! My goodness❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The BBQ Shoppe is my favorite bbq restaurant in Tennessee. I love their ribs! Too bad I live in Nashville and can't get there as often as I would like. 🥲
Too much black and white. As a victorian fanatic that's my primary problem with most new homes. Other than that I'm glad to see a return to architectural embellishments, nooks, and swoops.
Black, white and gray are the new beige. These colors sell more homes because more people can envision themselves in the space. If they designed every home in Victorian era builders wouldn’t sell as many homes. Most if not all of the featured homes are staged and will be delivered completely void of color and furniture with the exception of a few or so. Builders of modular homes build to your specifications. If you want green walls, I’m sure they would be happy to paint the walls green before move in.
I liked a couple of them ...well all of them, but can any of these be equiped with an elevator to the basement as well as slightly wider halls and doors where needed. I'm I'm a power chair and need to make sure there's enough room not to scratch and Mar the walls. The same in the kitchen between the wall cabinets and the islands, l need ample space to turn and not hit things
Timothy Livingston you express To Host The Commodore of The Perry Homes so well your Contractors have done a Phonomonal Outstanding Craftsmanship their Designs are Superb..My Dream House The Sound of the Music brings out the Features in The Floor Plans to asked would you show a style with the Gravel Stones on the Front of The Home adding Nice Texture adding little more modern Design to the Fireplaces the Face Focal Outside Front Door Entry Double Columns you Open an Expedition that Navalgates The Admiral who led the Fleets and The Naval Treaty The Greenbiars Welcome I hope they're looking l Draw and plan to have Beautiful Perry Home Ownership. Great Work Teams..Your Neighbor in The Homesteads Thank you
When you can afford a 3+ million dollar home you have a pool maintenance company check / maintain your pool. Same as you yard, you don't mow your lawn you have a. Lawn person do it!
1:25 It’s a shame there no storage in that bench in the entry way 🥴 At least a pull out drawer under bench for shoe storage. Nice Maronda home except for the crappy wire shelves in a luxury home. Maronda homes here in Florida are awful.
Love the layout, hate all the dark walls and ceilings. With the design this could of been a lovely home, but People have different taste so if the occupants like it that's all that matters.
I like the wood accents, but three things: No closet by the front door. That's a deal breaker. I don't get the living room (outside) next to the living room (inside) look. Same for the kitchen next to a kitchen. That's just weird to me.
Nice video... I will say the walking around is a bit disorienting for me. I watch a lot of these types of videos and not sure what's different about yours, but it seems to have less motion stabilization perhaps. Also, the audio is pretty low in the videos I've watched thus far. Otherwise good stuff.
We have illegal immigrants living on the streets here in NYC. Would the left leaning owners mind taking in 10 or 20 of these full grown men until they sell their house? They could fix things up a bit, make the homes look a bit more cozy, ya know the lived in look.
The built in spice rack over the stove looks cheaop ,It should be the same finish as the cabinets. The rest of the kitchen is beautiful with the buffet see thru cabinets. The brandy room is cute with the barn doors but seems like it should be in the basement. Good master suite and bath. That green shower is terrible. The bonus room should 've been the master because of the private balcony, its wonderful.
Timothy, let's get real on the homes and prices you are showcasing. $3+ homes are out of YOUR range as well as many viewers. Sure their beautiful but the prices are out there. I hope you'll show more homes under $1 million.
Something about modern design starting in the 1980s that made a Home into something always forever to be mass produced. Definitely not a fan of North Carolina unless it's far West North Carolina by way of specific example. Is any place in either Florida or California worth living in at the moment? I don't think not that Provo is the tops the list at the moment either. Strange to hear "all about amenities these days!" and that means a bowling alley and golf membership. Anyhow the worst part of any mania bursting is you really do wonder just how long this bust ... and this is a bust far worse than 1929 ever was...is going to play out. Long Binghamton, NY strong buy.
Can you please stop opening every single closet...i absolutely love your tours .... however unless its a very large impressive closet...we can figure it out...once again I love your tours just over the closets....God bless you and your family.
Sir, What class you have. You're busy looking through cabinets and drawers. Shouldn't you be showing the rooms in detail. I could never hire you. Good day!
1:17 very cool how the office is 1/2 way up the stairs on the landing before you get all the way up the stairs. Unique!
Timothy, I love your style and personality. You’re so easy to listen to. A genuine good guy! You pan the camera nice and slowly too.

The ideas I get to creating my own home is nice to know. This home has a country feel to it and love it. It's pretty.
The advantage of the channel in comparison to the channels I watched earlier is more meticulous approach.
As an English learner I appreciate that greatly. 🏡🏡
I like the second one, the Montana and the last one, the Berringer II. The Montana had the fewest tweaks needed to make it mine and they were minor.
10:37 that door means ( rounded glass on top ) is a service kitchen or prep kitchen. ✌🏻
Wow, this one is one of my favorites especially the kitchen. The main floor is more than enough for me. It's toooooo big. Thank you for sharing.
Does anyone else feel motivated after watching this video?
Love this kitchen. One of my favorites.
My goodness. Mr. Timothy travels everywhere in that reliable Ford truck. I wonder what the odometer reading is?
I was looking for a good mentally distracting video today. And Timothy, you hit the mark. Thank you for posting this.

The WALL SCONCES next to the fireplace are a nice touch to the decor.
Foxterra says they buy them for $100 on the 'zon lol
Tim, YOUR A COOL dude in my book..i stumbled on ur channel , since then, hooked watching commentary funs !! Wish the best for u and Jenn🥳🥳🥳
I would keep both the kitchen and scullery. They are gorgeous, love the door to the scullery too!

You could always rent homes like these for holiday parties and special occasions without the full expense of owning it.
Eew I hate Victorian homes. So old and outdated to me. But to each his own. I refer a more modern farmhouse look

OMG! You can get lost in these places. Especially, in the one with the elevator.
Beautiful as always
The kitchen sink window also slid open for a food pass thru
The first home in Raleigh, NC, is beautiful!!
Great channel! Thanks for the tours!

Not for averageJoe or dying middle class. Only for Elites. 💘🇺🇸🇨🇦🕊. 🤣🌎😂 🏡👍🏿
They should not have put a window in the pantry, as sunlight is the enemy of coffee, items in glass, etc.
Dori true true

I tried to find the Modern Village by Crary Construction. Could not locate it. Can you assist?
the first one is an 8 bedroom house the way I'd turn those bonus rooms and office into guest rooms for my big family lol
They are also called mechanical room...i.e. ac,hot water tanks and so on....not utilitie room
Surprized there is no sauna.
ill have my nana go briefly over these rules before she goes to the irish pub today

The Mironda home would look SO much better if the cheap-looking blue and white curtains were eliminated.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤ woot woot
The problem is " Not having money " to buy that kind of beautiful houses, other than I will be ok with the purchase.
