The ironic thing is that when he came back to wrestling around 2023, he wanted to steal the spotlight from Cody Rhodes, who has an unfinished story, and wanted to be the main event of WrestleMania. I'm glad that the wrestling community called The Rock out and pointed out that after failing in Hollywood, he wanted to destroy what WWE building up with Cody Rhodes. What a load of nonsense, Rock was literally the reason, the build up to WrestleMania 40 was SO GOOD. He showed up week after week to build up the story even a star of his stature showing up so many weekly episodes was a big deal. He did that because he cared about the product.

You clearly don't follow wrestling, cuz EVERY SINGLE Champion has dropped the belt at one time for another. It's an essential part of the story ALL champions tell. It makes for good drama. Even the Hulkster and HHH did it. And they were both notorious for holding on to the belt for way too long using 'Creative Control' and and forced nepotism respectively.
he probably said that on purpose, so that The Rock won't haunt him in real life, he wish that he could be as Amazing as Groot and exist in Marvel canon universe, instead of playing in F Tier villain movie

The most hilarious aspect of the series is in the emergence of bizarre in-movie physics: how landing on cars (hunks of moving metal and glass) became akin to a person landing on pillows. I did like the way the franchise handled Paul Walker's tragic death.
There's either one of three things going on here.. He's either poorly educated, lives under a rock or purposefully mispronounces words(he does it a lot, at least twice per video) in order to drive up engagement to fuel the algorithm.
The funniest thing is everytime The Rock returns in WWE, they act like it's some kind of special event, I mean he basically makes a grand return every year at this point.
@@TimSlee1 Its pretty clear from the oboius Marvel black adam mistake that would take 2 seconds of googling that he is using AI to make his script for him.
It's interesting how the source points to the later stages of filming Fast 7 as when Vin was a diva. You know why his attitude toward working on that film changed at that point? Most likely that his best friend and co star who he started the franchise with had died tragically and it effected him. COuld that be way he didn't have time for Johnson's attitude and just didn't want to be there on set? That seems more likely since no one before or since has said he is a problem. He shows up, does the work, and has kept the same crew working for decades ... sometimes using his own money to keep production going. It's interesting how the one person that had a problem with him was the one that was trying to take control of his franchise.
Idk about Vin's ego being so fragile. Dude wrote a forward in a D&D book 20 years ago about how much he loved the game, BEFORE it became mainstream popular. Also, years ago I recall searching his FB, and that man had THE ugliest fan art posted among his other stuff, and to me, that meant he just loved his fans unconditionally, and wasn't ashamed of showing his support of their efforts to show their own love and support. This kind of stuff feels pretty humble and down to earth to me. **EDIT:** I'm still watching the vid, and the sarcastic reactions from Vin are... mmmm, maybe kinda fair? It seemed like Dwayne was instigating most of this, and Vin kept to himself... until finally responding. And normally, I don't like that kind of backhanded input, BUT... it seems kinda justified? And I say this as someone who also thought Dwayne was a cool guy as I was growing up. So... guess I'll finish watching this. lol Okay, Vin kinda trolling for sure. This kind of argument looks a little like some nonsense I'm dealing with regarding a... "headstrong" person half my age that keeps trying to instigate things with me. There HAD to be SOMETHING on set before that first vaguepost Dwayne made about Vin. Even how he mentions most of the film crew came up to Dwayne quietly thanking him... which is the kind of thing that's all too easy to embellish if it's just one or two. Yep. This ended like a fairy tale with a moral to the story and everything. Seems like Dwayne was fussing about something, made a ruckus, Vin was just low key as always, but put his teasing yet also genuine input out there, somehow knowing how all this would go. He wasn't even nasty about any of it. lol

I don't think so because I keep referring to how the MCU is successful, and the DCU was never successful.
We still have the payoff for that story even though The Rock actively stealing the spotlight.
I'm ready for that match too
What a load of nonsense, Rock was literally the reason, the build up to WrestleMania 40 was SO GOOD. He showed up week after week to build up the story even a star of his stature showing up so many weekly episodes was a big deal. He did that because he cared about the product.
@@elamcyril I would argue that even if The Rock wasn't involved, many fans have already invested in Cody's story. The build up for that story is organic. They didn't need The Rock, The Rock needs them. And this is fresh from the Black Adam shenanigans so people still remember how The Rock screwed the movie.

I would agree but vin diesel has always reached out to help others be great. The rock never does. Actions speak louder than words and Vin diesel doesn't need to beg for attention like the rock does.

It’s crazy as he was considered one of the least selfish wrestlers with a talent pool of sharks
You clearly don't follow wrestling, cuz EVERY SINGLE Champion has dropped the belt at one time for another. It's an essential part of the story ALL champions tell. It makes for good drama.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain
So villain arc it is then 🎉
Idk about Vin's ego being so fragile. **EDIT:**
I'm still watching the vid, and the sarcastic reactions from Vin are... mmmm, maybe kinda fair? It seemed like Dwayne was instigating most of this, and Vin kept to himself... until finally responding. And normally, I don't like that kind of backhanded input, BUT... it seems kinda justified? And I say this as someone who also thought Dwayne was a cool guy as I was growing up. So... guess I'll finish watching this. lol
Okay, Vin kinda trolling for sure.
He wasn't even nasty about any of it. lol
Vin is a nerd and The Rock is a Jock so he thinks he could push vin around and take the FF franchise from him
