The first movie is great but its definitely a B movie, and the second one has both great and goofy moments to it. The third one does all the good elements of both films pretty well while having a higher production value (or at least making better use of it than the second movie did). It's interesting how the source points to the later stages of filming Fast 7 as when Vin was a diva. You know why his attitude toward working on that film changed at that point? Most likely that his best friend and co star who he started the franchise with had died tragically and it effected him. COuld that be way he didn't have time for Johnson's attitude and just didn't want to be there on set? That seems more likely since no one before or since has said he is a problem. He shows up, does the work, and has kept the same crew working for decades ... sometimes using his own money to keep production going. It's interesting how the source points to the later stages of filming Fast 7 as when Vin was a diva. You know why his attitude toward working on that film changed at that point? Most likely that his best friend and co star who he started the franchise with had died tragically and it effected him. COuld that be way he didn't have time for Johnson's attitude and just didn't want to be there on set? That seems more likely since no one before or since has said he is a problem. He shows up, does the work, and has kept the same crew working for decades ... sometimes using his own money to keep production going. It's interesting how the one person that had a problem with him was the one that was trying to take control of his franchise.
