HOW TO PAINT WHEELS:
STEP 1: Clean the wheels to remove brake dust and grime
STEP 2: Roughen the surface with sandpaper
STEP 3: Prepare the surface for paint with Acetone or Rubbing Alcohol
STEP 4: Mask the tires
STEP 5: PAINT! 2 light coats, 1 medium coat, all 10 minutes apart.
