When I got the freshest fish in my hand, hoedeopbap was a good choice. It's refreshing and easy to eat: you mix it all together in a big bowl, like a raw fish bibimbap. Unlike bibimbap, the vegetables are uncooked, so it's a lot simpler to prepare. Хобби
Maangchi you are a culinary genious!
My mouth was watering and then the caption said "My mouth waters while editing this part" Brilliant
From the town I am from in Mexico, they used to make their own vinegar. My grandmother used to make it from pineapple peals. Our neighbors use to go to buy vinegar from her. Good memories from Mexico. Here in the USA my grandmother still makes her own vinegar and it's delicious.
Greeting from California. I loved your videos!
I'm very happy to hear that! Good luck with your cooking!
Thank you very much for your nice words! yay! : )
ow ow lots of discussion is going on here! That's very interesting to see many people's different opinions. Mexico is a wonderful country and I love the people and their culture. Water and food in Mexico are very safe if you are careful. Have a nice day! : )
Usually my family and friends are filming, but I direct them. Sometimes I hire a professional cameraperson. Thank you very much for your interest in my recipes.

Sonal Sinha yep she looks Kawaii
lol, exactly! I had so fun watching the man in green shirt!
Hoedeopbap is not easy to eat at home. Anyone you can make at home is someone who is really good at cooking. It's high-quality food, and it's really delicious.
here in the Philippines we call those small limes 'kalamasi'. they are so small but they give out this very sour yet a little bit sweet juice. we slice about 3 pieces of them and mix it with fish sauce or soy sauce and its our dipping sauce for fried fish and meat. :)
Maangchi, always amazing videos but this one really stood out for me. Great food as per usual, but also some really good editing. Thanks for the great quality videos you put up, I look forward to them and the recipes I've tried are amazing!
Thanks for posting! I love how spontaneous bap can be! This is a neat version. I'll make it without the fish (I'm a veg-head), but I'm excited to try it. Thanks for showing the "burnt rice": my brother and I used to argue over who got to eat it!
I remember the first time you made this, I loved it. I am sure I will love this one too
I love your channel, your recipes bring me much happiness when I was feeling home sick when I moved away from home...Thanks!!!!

That mexican lime is more likely "calamansi" in the philippines. Just like a small version of green lemon juice.
Wow!! You really know how to vacation! That dish looks amazing! I like how you are always so creative in resolving ingredient issues while traveling. You should do a bunch of cooking programs showing how to cook great Korean food anywhere in the world. :)

In Malaysia that small lime called kasturi lime.. because of it fragrant smell.. kasturi is the material got from deer (musk) for used in perfume production..
