- Welcome to this 15 minute energising power flow. This is a slightly faster flow than my usual ones. Together with the breath awareness as a foundation of the practice, we are challenging our balance through standing postures, crow arm balance as well as building strength within the body.

Ohh challenging but fun! Many moves to practice (crow pose, pistol squat, standing splits), i will have to come back to this one

looks so cold along the river😂
It was super windy, but not cold! Also, curious fact that this is a lake, but because of the wind it looks like a river 😄
Reaching back to hold my foot is fine mobility wise but my lat on that side nearly always starts to cramp! Any advice?
I would recommend warming up/activating the lats with a more gentle movements beforehand!
