How I Warm Up Before Climbing: Step-by-Step 10 min Routine 📍 Bonobo Climbing gym
Join me as I share my pre-climbing warm-up routine! We'll start with cardio, move on to muscle activation using resistance bands and a pull-up bar, and finish with easy climbs focusing on mindful footwork and movement.
You can adapt the routine to your difficulty by choosing a thicker or thinner resistance band, varying your holds on the fingerboard and adjusting the duration to be longer or shorter based on your needs.

By any means, do you have any advice for improving lower body flexibility ? I'm kind of stiff (can't touch my toes while standing or seating with legs extended) and I'm working on that but really struggle. Is there one of your video with exercises you would recommend ?

This is an awesome video but a lot of these poses include using foot and ankle muscles and ligaments lol
Thanks for your comment, Nicole! If somebody has sprained a ligament, the literature now seems to support POLICE (i.e. protection, optimal loading, ice, compression, elevation). Remember, in the past it used to be RICE? Therefore, in most cases, if tolerable, we should welcome light loads on the ankle and foot, even though it is healing after a sprain.🙏🏽✨

Reaching back to hold my foot is fine mobility wise but my lat on that side nearly always starts to cramp! Any advice?
I would recommend warming up/activating the lats with a more gentle movements beforehand!
