    0:27-1:32 shoulder warm up aka wringing out the towel
    1:35-3:32 internal & external rotation
    3:38-5:14 scapular push ups
    5:25-6:34 shoulder halo
    7:02-8:24 shoulder taps
    8:50-10:24 reverse table top & arm reach
    10:37-11:55 dolphin pose
    12:10-13:25 puppy pose
    14:00-16:04 pec stretch
    16:10-18:34 shoulder circles

    I could not even do the dolphin pose😂. Tight hamstring and weak shoulders I guess. Really impressive to see the ease with which you do it. Have already tried these exercises from previous videos and they feel really good! Thank you❤

    Shoulder taps favorite for sure, dolphin sooo hard 😄

      Thanks for sharing, Andrius! And yes, dolphin pose is haaaaard! To make it even more challenging, an option would be to lift one leg up 🙈😅
