    I really enjoyed that the days before are building up for today’s flow!🔥 Thanks a lot for helping me get back into a daily yoga practice, I will keep it up with your other series 😍

    Great Series, I was sore in some very different places 😬I am looking forward to doing this video. My rib muscles (intercostals) are very sore. What do you think that is from?

      Congrats on completing the series, Diane! Hope you enjoyed the day 7 as well! Can't diagnose why your intercostals are sore, but I imagine they might be sore from the core workout as we were targeting the rectus abdominus, obliques and transverse abdominus, among others. And of course when working on the core, the whole surrounding area of the centre is working 🙏🏽

      Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I think that you are correct. I also think that on the day you did the block above the head in circles I went a bit extra and I'm feeling it still. @@yogaforclimberswithievaluna
