30 min Slow & Gentle Recovery Yoga | Yin inspired practice | No standing

- Welcome to this 30 min slow & gentle recover/bedtime yoga class. The whole routine is on the mat, there is no standing - perfect after climbing, during your rest day or in the evening before going to bed.
During this yin inspired practice, we are passively holding each position for a minute or two. Invitation to breathe through the nose, gentle calm inhalations and exhalations.
