Let’s do a 30 minutes Full Body Pilates routine in this video! These exercises are going to target your upper body (arms and chest), your lower body (butt and thighs) and your core (abs, obliques and back).
And I wanted to make it a week-long challenge for you guys to do these exercises every day and then let me know what your body feels because I’m sure it’s going to feel stronger and more toned! These exercises are one of my all time favorites and they are apartment friendly and low-impact so I think it’s a good workout to do daily.

I've done it! Today was my day 7. This routine is an excellent whole-body shaper, toner and strengthener, but I feel that it's my back that's benefited the most from it. I find it really easier to keep the spine straight and showlders squared. I'll definitely continue doing it once or twice a week in addition to my other exercises. Thank you Maria for this little masterpiece of a pilates workout!
While doing this move 15:00 my boyfriend came into the room and started to sing “Rasputin” since I am russian and he is spanish and he started to mock me and I died of laughter cause he didn’t stop singing it until I stopped that exercise🤣🤣
I'm going to try to do this challenge. Today I did it and it was so hard for me!!! I hope I'll be much better in one week with this routine.

I had to take breaks but did the full 30 minutes at my pace... six more days to go!!!
When I found your video in March, prank was the hardest one and I couldn’t hold my abs. But weeks of following your fabulous videos, I can feel the difference! Thank you Maria! I will try this routine as well❤️💗

This is a really good workout, I did it before doing a ballet workout at home. Made me feel really strong. My ballet teacher always told us, that doing floor-barre before a class is really useful. Your pilates workout seems as useful as floor barre before class.

Maria, thank you so much for your workouts! At the beginning of quarantine I stopped every couple of reps when doing most of the exercises. Now, after doing your workouts almost everyday, I could do most of this workout without stopping during the rounds. I feel so much stronger than I ever did lifting weights and running constantly. Challenge done! Yesterday was day 7, and I have to say Maria, this is such a great routine, I feel so strong! I think it helped my arms the most, I can now do pushups going all the way down so my nose touches the ground! I know I'm a little late to the party, but I finally was able to try this pilates routine for a whole week, and I loved it! I have danced for almost fifteen years, but this first year of college for me was my year not being on a competitive team in quite some time, and I have struggled for months to find workouts that helped me tone and maintain strength without feeling bulky. This routine is amazing! I have also tried some of the stretching you have posted and that was awesome well- I love that these videos are challenging but still a safe way to push myself. Today is day 2 and I almost managed both rounds! I wasn’t able to do every exercise for 50 seconds (especially the hip rises 😵) but I’m feeling so great after this workout! Yesterday I could only do one round, so today’s workout was definitely a big improvement!
My muscles are going to be so sore 😄

I did this Pilate Routine for 2days now and my both obliques hurts. I don't know if that's fine and if I am developing sons strength in my obliques. So I want to know if I should keep going till 7 days or rest for a while till my obliques feels better before I continue? I am in love with the Pilate routine, it stretches and tone my body well. Day 5 done. The candle stick dipper oblique move is intense! and I didn't think the plank with leg lift would be so challenging but it is!

Just wanted to say about this one that maybe the order of the exersizes is not the best because the last 5 are really working the arms so its super hard to keep up with them and strengthen the other parts of the body they are working on. But the exersizes themselves are wonderful like always keep posting🔥🔥
I am a ballet dancer and my weak spots are definitely my shoulders and back. This is only day 1 for me but I feel major strengthening in those areas which can be harder to get to, considering I don't do any heavy lifting. Thank you!!
