    OMG! I’m dead after this! I can’t even stand still, my muscles are shaking lol but I’ll definitely do this workout again, maybe 2x a week

    Maria I just love all your workouts and that was fantastic again. It is lovely to see the interaction with your sister. It is so encouraging that you go through the workout as if it is as tough for you as it is for us; it is very inclusive and it is a real privilege to take the challenge with you.

    Love this video. Was surprised by how hard it is! Can you make a 40min interval cardio workout similar to your 9 min ballet cardio? I love that one💖💖💖

      she does know, she actually says it in the ballet Q&A video, as many Greeks commented the same fact.. it was the first thing that came to my mind too when I discovered the channel :D

    Today’s Maria’s class with her sister Sofya has been my lucky number as in the morning I did part of similar moves in addition to my own, and Yes this workout is perfect when u can’t do yr usual daily ballet class. So my challenge tonight was to test my energy and strength further and learn new moves while doing the workout. It is a very challenging group of moves, repeated in sequences. The interest of it is that u have time to assimilate the execution of each move then to perfect it during repetition time. The whole sequence is sufficiently long, varied and demanding for a Saturday 🌝. I’ve tried for first time the side crunch leg and didn’t do badly at all as compared with the swimmers 🏊‍♀️ (pretty hard for me I must say ..... and I love swimming 😅!!!) or lunge and a kick where the most difficult is keeping balance 🙃with rhythm 🙂. Just to add that Maria used to do longer RUclips routines before and at the beginning of the pandemic then adapted and shortened them taking account of the lack of space or else at home from many followers including myself. So double thanks to Maria🙏🙏 & Sofya 🙏🙏 : have a lovely 😊 weekend too. With 💖from 🇬🇧😊

    Amazing workouts as well. I like that this workout emphasizes slow and controlled motions, so you can feel whether your posture and technique are correct and fix them. You gain the flexibility through strength with correct posture.

    What about jogging? Is it to recommend for a balett dancer! I mean all this you showing is of course great for the strenght of your body and for the balance. But what I actually mean as a complement to this work out, would jogging be good ? A jogging time together with special stretching movements ? Now I don't mean in anyway to replace this workout with jogging! Only as a complement to strenghten your pulse even more!
