  • Abs workout. Today we’re hitting the laziness with this hardcore abs workout! If you want to get your abs to work quickly, today's workout is for that. Abs workout does not strain your legs or other body parts. This workout only works for the abs, so you can do it when you want to rest your legs.

      I don't know if this was intentional on your part, but it's 'heel reaches' and not 'heal reaches' 😄😄 But excercise is sort of a healing process for the body, so in my opinion either way is fine ☺️☺️ Thanks and my gratitude for this workout during these lazy and boring times. Also I hope your injury isn't as bad and you will heal very soon 😘😘

    i like cardio - especially running in the morning.
    i like ab workouts due to the satisfaction of the next day when the entire abdomen is sore :). but i find the v-ups to be really hard. i used to be able to do them easily when i was (almost) a foot shorter, but my legs are quite a bit longer than my torso now. i think i lost that coordination but i will work on it...

    I love this workout soo much its so hard and by the time the workout ends my abs will be burning. I've added this workout to my workout playlist. My favorite types of workouts are cardio because they are like a dance workout and they make me feel energized and sweaty. THANK YOU SO MUCH, for your beautiful workouts maria!!!! LOVE YOUUUUUUU

    *Wow* ... This is in-tense. I had to take so many breaks to avoid accidentally straining my neck because my legs are heavy as Hell. I'm determined though and seeing myself improve at this would be quite astonishing. ;) As always, thank you for posting.

    Sorry to hear about your injury! Hope for a speedy, stronger recovery! Loved this, was tough but good. Also a morning workout-er! I think this timing and core exercises is my favourite to do of your videos. I also follow your pilates and cardio a lot as well. Keep it up and happy holidays!

    This workout was amazing. I am following you on youtube for quite a long but never posted to you. You are very inspiring. We have exactly the same age and I am from Russia too, but I live in Greece. I have passion for dance especially ballet and contemporary, but I never had the chance to follow my dreams because my parents do not support me in performance arts section including dancing, drama, and singing. Anyway, you are so nice and I follow your workouts, but this one was the best because it was the hardest one I think. Please can you upload more extremely hard workouts? It would be really helpful if you posted advanced killer inner thigh workouts other super hard abs workouts and advanced back workouts, especially targeting the lower back that we all need to strengthen. Thank you so much for all your work and love for what you do!

    Wow without plank it really burns and I love it! Also really love getting six pack abs without growing it’s really important thing as a ballet dancer we must strong but not to growth our body :) (I hope I explain what I want) Thank you!

    To me, any training that is not cardio might be my favorite 😅 I really really hate cardio. I had never tried pilates before, but I started doing two classes that you posted here on the channel and I particularly like them as a training.
