First time I tried to do that I had to pause the video like 20 times, because my muscles were weak af. But it feels like every time I do the workout I need to pause it less and less! Hj lovely, thanks for this nice video. :-)A little exclaimer though: Be careful guys to start off your day directly with this routine ... you want to warm up first. I am fit and flexible. However, I did hurt my back quite a bit with the candle sticks and have to go through this day with quite some back pain. So take caution with the candle sticks!
Can you do a. Workout for inner thighs so it is easier to help to close into fifth position. BTW I LOVE YOU AND ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS!!! ❤️❤️ I felt this workout the next day 😂 lol.
