Hello! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us!
I clicked the link and its says 403 forbidden😣
Best recipe I have ever made. I made it my go to every Christmas since I discovered it. have added nutmeg cloves and ginger to some there's just so many ways you can tweak this recipe. This base recipe is the best! That lemon juice just brings everything together I think that is the key thank you for this wonderful recipe
What size is your pan?
Say your measurement a video. .I don't care about your website
I made this last night. My mother LOVED it. She can no longer talk (late stages of Alzheimer's). Her rare "Mmm-mmm" uttering was all I needed to hear. Thank you VERY MUCH for this recipe. I just ate a piece this morning. Even better today.
Nessun Dorma Awww I am so sorry to hear about your mothers illness :( glad she liked it though.
huriye kantar Thank you for your kind words.
I know how you feel my grandmother had a stroke and was paralyzed on her right side, she couldn't communicate very well and the rest of her life became a seemingly endless charades. She was a smoker and was later diagnosed with lung cancer, however was able to fight for about 3 years. It can be tough to see your loved ones go through the struggle of age and illness, however you always have your memories from your past that will impact your future.
Darcy McCutchen Thank you, Darcy. I'm very sorry for your loss. You are right. I have been taking care of mom for almost 10 years now and even though a lot of it has been very sad, I feel blessed that I was able to do this and not have to put her into a nursing home. I have lots of pictures and videos of sweet times with mom, even in the midst of this illness. Since I wrote my original comment, my mom has been put into home hospice but I know I have done a good thing keeping her in her home and I will cherish every moment I've had with her.
Nessun Dorma oh god I am soon sorry to hear that :( Alzheimers is a terrible thing to deal with, my aunt had it so I can understand what you're going through

It’s my 2nd time making this during quarantine and 6 years later, this recipe still good 😩
girl, same!!! 😋
She does not say amounts or how much of liquids etc I don't want to eyeball it, help please and thank you...
Victoria Ramirez her recipe is on the link she provides either in the description box or the pinned comment she has at divascancook
Was it too sweet or just right?
Haruna for me, it was just right.
I cant believe people have the nerve to complain about having to click a link to see the full recipe. Atleast she is kind enough to put it all that work on her blog on top of making videos and doing it for free. Do you know how many channels give no written recipe at all? If its a big deal to go to her blog then make your own recipe
S R that’s what I’m saying! I’m glad for the link because then I can bookmark it for later.
Does not hurt to mention the amount of ingredients while recording the video. It is just being proper and professional.
@@utube-vk3cf lmao you know whats professional? Having an entire site with each ingredient and step written out for viewers. Thats beyond saying it in the video. Saying it again in the video is redundant. You're confusing being professional with holding your hand to do everything. If you cant click one link then you shouldnt be online.
@@utube-vk3cf but if you really want someone as professional as your standards then pay her :). You dont complain about professionalism when its free.
@@utube-vk3cf how would she make money then? By clicking on her blog you see the ads their which is how she makes money. If you're gonna get salty about her making money because this is her job then you don't know what professional means. go make ur own recipe or appreciate this FREE content.
My granddaughter was telling me, that at her school they only serve banana bread once a week, and she wished they served it everyday, so, I decided to make this recipe for her, and she absolutely loved it, she, said it tasted better than the one they serve at school. Thanks so much your recipes, are the best!
Best tip I ever heard: sprinkling brown sugar on the top of the batter before you put it in the oven. Never make this bread without it anymore lol
I’m gonna try this
No way! I have to admit this must be the best banana bread recipe ever! I used regular milk instead of buttermilk but surely, this does the job! It is full of moisture, it is soft what else more could you want in a banana bread! Don’t fear, if you’re on a diet I’ve realized this is the healthiest recipe!
This recipe is amazing! I stopped baking it around 50 minutes because my pan was more shallow, but is it delicious!! I followed someone's advice in the comments and made my own buttermilk. Crunchy outside and moist inside - I'll definitely make this again!
Watches banana bread recipe video..
*ends up crying reading ppls comments about their sick moms* 😩
Hope all is well with everyone's precious Moms, blessings 💖
I cried too girl
Being Somali, our house is filled with bananas. But now that it's ramadan, no one is eating them. So I decided to make this recipe to get rid of our banana overload. Thank you ♡
hawaomar100 exactly why I am here, this Ramadan 🤣
Hn
And here I am lol.... this would be great for sahoor!
Guys think about the calories ..Lol
Literally same lol
Just made this in a form of muffins ( baked for 23 min , 180 c( 360f))
Sooo delicious, as always great recipe! Thx so much, you are the best!
Thank you for sharing.❤
I’ve been making your recipes for SO many years and they never fail!! Thank you❤️
omg. this recipe is amazing. for those who want to make muffins out of this u can half the recipe to make 9-10 banana muffins. I skipped the lemon juice and buttermilk and it still tastes amazing. i replaced buttermilk with water mixed with greek yogurt /plain yogurt. and i also reduced the sugar by -20g of half the recipe because the bananas were already sweet as is. :)
those are great substitutions/suggestions!
Syazlina Aasim cool i dig
Thanks!
The lemon juice is to stop the bananas from browning
Syazlina Aasim

Thank you so much 💓
And 3 large ripe bananas
Lemon juice
Never watched a cooking video that was so chill and down to earth. You got an amazing personality.
I made this yesterday using almond milk instead of butter milk. It came out perfect. Thank you so much. xx
Yeye Osun I did the same thing and mine taste like baking soda. Even the next day 😩
I've used almond milk too, it works fine
Yeye Osun I was just about to ask lol thanks for this😩
How much almond milk?
@@graceykim3922 I know this moment is a bit old but if you look in the description of the video you find the recipe there.
Hey Monique, I have to tell you what a hit I was at my church this weekend a out Women's Breakfast. Some of the women were asked to make baked goods for our raffle and I made your Moist Banana (Nut) Bread. I was asked to make two so I doubled the recipe. I've made it three times from my family, but it was smelling so good to my husband that the 2nd one didn't make it out the house. The ones that won a piece of the Moist Banana (Nut) Bread at the raffle could not stop eat it. The owner of the restaurant we were at asked for a piece and he had to share it with his son and daughter (who were out waiter and waitress). Since everyone didn't get a piece I have to make more and now I've been asked to donate another Moist Banana (Nut) Bread to another function in October.
I 've used your Thanksgiving recipes and other recipes on your page and all have been a hit and I knew this would also win. Words cannot describe how much of a hit you made me. Thank you and keep up the awesome recipes!!!!!!!!!!
Yayyy! This makes me so happy to read!! Thanks for trying it out!
I made this for my family just this past Christmas, and it was a HIT! Thank you so much for sharing. Absolutely scrumdiddlyicious!
I made this and omg!!! I’m gonna eat the whole thing by myself. Me and my sis keep going back for more!! Thank you so much!
Followed your recipe exactly and ended up with the best banana bread ever. Thanks
Great recipe, I made this for my wife and she loved it. It was moist and very good. The only thing I did different was I added walnuts & dried cherries to the batter. Thanks for sharing the recipe, it has now become a good breakfast meal or a anytime snack.🙂❤👍
OMG this banana bread is amazing. I watched over an hour of recipes on RUclips and tried yours ( it looked the best) and it is perfeft 👌 I just replace my banana recipe! Quit looking for recipes and just make this one. Ill be making a bunch more and gifting them to family members and friends for the holidays
Thanks for this perfect recipe
I made this cake following this recipe for many times. Highly recommended! Thanks for sharing!
After trying two other RUclips recipes (failed)....this one was the BEST!!!!!!! The recipe was easy to follow and it tastes amazing!!!!
I've made at least 10 different banana bread recipes, trying to find the magic that my Mom made when I was a kid. Every single one was lacking in some way. Found this recipe here on RUclips, and something about it made me feel warm inside. I don't know what it is, but your voice or spirit, or something about you clicked with me. I'm now making this for the second time in two weeks. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! This one has the flavor, and maybe more importantly, the texture that I've been trying to find. You rock!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
love it !! I made it and my stepdad loved it and was asking for more, everyone loves it! great recipe!
I just made this and it’s in the oven!! My house smells AMAZING 😍😍 so excited to try it!
ive made this over and over again. hands down the best banana bread ive tried
Yayy! Thanks so much for giving it a try!
Followed this recipe once and haven’t stopped ever since. Comes out delicious every time! Can’t wait to watch more recipe videos of yours! Thank you 😋
I’ve made this a handful of times!! It’s absolutely delicious! My go to banana bread recipe! Definitely a hit in my family.
It's easy to MAKE buttermilk (does ANYONE ever have it on hand?). The purpose of buttermilk in almost any baking recipe is to add tenderness and lighten the batter. Once the acids in the buttermilk get in contact with the baking soda or baking powder in the batter, a giant fizz-fest takes place. The reaction with the baking soda (or powder) cancels out the sourness of the buttermilk, leaving baked goods airy, tender and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or heavy cream)
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Instructions
Combine the milk and lemon juice or vinegar.Stir and let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. When it is ready, the milk will be slightly thickened (not quite as thick as buttermilk you've purchased) and you will see small curdled bits.

Bless you!!!
john paolo wait does your comment means it doesn’t work out? I don’t have buttermilk and want to make this right now w/o going to the store
av3maria just follow the instructions and trust us it will come out good. I don’t ever have buttermilk but after learning this from online I can always make buttermilk. This bread is currently baking, there’s no other banana bread I love more than this recipe
Eunice Sandoval I made it today with gluten free flour, this buttermilk sub and it turned out perfectly!!! Thank you so much!
This is my go to I love this receipt so much I’ve made it 6 times already and my whole family loves it !!!
Oh my goodness!! Sooo Good!!!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!!!
Oh my goodness!! I made my first good banana bread. I was delicious. I had tried over and over again by other recipes but I tried yours and it is fabulous!!! Thanks....😊
This recipe - I tried it out - is THE BOMB! I love it! It is soooo dense and fluffy and everything! And the baking time was for me just 45-50 minutes *.* ♡♡♡♡♡

I also did an hour and the edges were too well done...I'll go for 45min next time
I want to try diff recipes of banana bread but always end up making this one. Best recipe ever
Listen I’ve tried a few other recipes and they were ok. I tried this and let me tell you omgggggg soooooooo soft, light and sweet. I could cry. Best best best recipe hands down
Made this today and it is the BEST banana bread I've ever made. I used to use the recipe by Tasty and this one is 10x better! It's actually soft and moist -- so good!! I skipped out on adding lemon juice to the mashed bananas since I didn't have any on hand, and it still came out great!
I made this yesterday but I use about 6 small bananas and 2 1/2 flour and instead of butter milk I use whole milk and it was amazing the best banana bread I've ever made
Chef-Sherrie yes!!!, u really do need about 6 bananas
hi there! I did the same but the cooking time was not correct for me.... what was your cooking time?
I hope this message helps po!
i had a massive smile on my face watching this.. your so awesome
Hey
Best recipe!!! Thank you so much. I made this again today and my parents liked it! I baked mine for only 50 minutes. Turned out perfect!
I’ve done this recipe atleast 3 times now and they always came out amazing ❤️ Thank you for this recipe!!! You are awesome!!!
Trying this out sometime today. Thanks and I just love your voice.
I have made so many of your desserts and I must say: I won't use any other recipe. You are the best. I am serious when I say, no one compares to you. Amazing and thank you so much for the inspiration💗
Oh my goodness! This the best banana bread ever. Thank you so much for the recipe. I made this today and it came out perfect. My husband is diabetic so I used Swerve sugar substitute granular and brown. When the bread was done, I mixed Swerve confectioners sugar with a little butter to spread on top. It is exceptional. This will be my go-to recipe for banana bread from now on. Blessings from east Texas sweet lady and thank you again.❤️
This is my go to banana bread I love it!
So many good reviews, I’m going to try it out today. We have 20 degree weather and we are hunkering down at home. Central Tx, isn’t used to this frozen climate.
Update! I made this recipe and it was so Delish!!!!!!!! Best one ever!!!!! Love your video. I always watch it before I make it to make sure to get motivated and have all the recipes ! And yes this is the perfect texture!
Thank you so much for sharing it💕💕💕💕
Patiently waiting for it to be done. I know the recipe won’t fail me. I made multiple recipes, to the red velvet cake, to the carrot cake, to Thanksgiving turkey, Mac and cheese, and etc. Never failed me once!!!
Just made this but I added chocolate chips. OMG it's so good and my kids love it!!! Will be making again very soon 🥰
I have made this banana bread over five times and it always comes out so great. Love this moist banana bread recipe. Try it…
Omg I made this twice and everybody in my family and at work raves about it. Moist and full of flavor! Thank you
Just wanted to let you know that this has been my go to recipe for banana bread for several years now. I love your videos. Thank you for sharing. 🌷🌹💐
this is the BEST banana bread ever!!! Thank you!!
+LusineG91 You're so welcome! Thanks for trying it out!
I've tried this recipe a lot of times and it always comes out delicious, today I'm doing it in cupcake form wish me luck
Made this last week and making it again today. So moist and sweet. Had tried a bunch of recipes on on the Tube, and wasn’t impressed with most, but this one is AMAZING!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe! ❤️❤️❤️
As part of my Covid-19 Quarantine cooking chronicles , I made this banana bread and it was a hit! Very moist, soft and not too sweet, just perfect! I added about a 1/2 teaspoon more of vanilla and used light brown sugar because that’s what I had on hand. Also added the walnuts and followed her stirring instructions to not over mix. Awesome Recipe!
This was amazing! I used this recipe for my grandbabies home economics lesson yesterday. I am homeschooling thrm during this covid-19 shelter in place. It was so good! We added a few chopped nuts on the top. The cinnamon taste so good in this recipe. How can I send you a picture of the final product?
I did it yesterday... SOOOO DELICIOUSSSSSS
I just made it is delicious.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes
Hands down the best banana bread recipe EVAAAAAA! I following the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. My family devoured it! Even my daughter, who HATES bananas, enjoyed it. Definitely adding to my receipe box.
I'm literally just 24 seconds into the video and she's cracking me up lol! Love your Personality!
Oh my gawd! This recipe is truly a bomb. I'm not a good cook but I got tons of recommendation. My wife took some to work. I'm telling you that her work has tons of old ladies who's been cooking all their life so they are very picky. They ask me to bake some more. Not bad for my first time baking...EVER. My wife keeps insisting to make it. I made my second one tonight. My 4 yr old even helped me make it last time. So it's really easy.
My question is you mentioned at the very end to butter and flour the container. The first batch I didn't put flour. I just greased it...I think that's the term. I did it today. What's the purpose of the flour combined with butter?
Thank you so much for sharing. It helped me bond with 4 yr old daughter. By the way, she helped me again today. YOU'RE THE BOMB!
The butter/flour technique for the tin is basically an old fashion way of putting baking paper.
Ok so I made this and my family LOVED!! It. Even my mother in law loved it. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try it out. ❤️❤️
Oh my goodness , this video is quick and simple the way everyone likes it. What I enjoy the most is your bubbly personality , you are such a joyful person . 😍😍😍
I made this 1 hour ago and it was so soft and moist and when I bit into it there was little crunch and it taste sooooooooo goood
But I didn't have buttermilk I just just 2 percent milk and it taste good
OMG!!! WHERE HAVE I BEEN? WHY AM I JUST FINDING YOUR CHANNEL?! LAWDDDDD!!! 🙈🙊🙉😍😃👌✋👏👍🙌✊
i just made this banana bread for the first time in 2 years and i just had to come back and say thank you for sharing this with us. it just gets better every time i eat it🥰🥰
Made this banana bread recipe today and IT WAS so good! Made buttermilk out of coconut milk with acv, decreased both sugars to 1/4 cup (cane and coconut palm), added chocolate chips and walnuts and upped cinnamon to 2 tsp. This recipe is lovely! So moist!
Lawd I love it short. Sweet. And to the point. Cant wait to do this my bananas look beat up lol
brown sugggaaaa babbbeee xD that made me laugh. Looks super delicious.
I’ve made this bread twice now, I’ve replaced the buttermilk with milk. I’ve used caster sugar instead of white sugar. It still taste amazing and cooked it at gas mark 3 for 30-40 mins. My 90 yr old mum loves it. Thank you.
I made this for the very first time this evening with chocolate chips, and I have to say it tasted amazing. I love how moist it is. Before I tried your recipe, I was not a banana bread fan. Thanks to your recipe, I am now a fan. Thank you for sharing!
Made this today as I'm sitting home with little to do, it came out great! I used almond milk instead of buttermilk and it was still very moist. I feel like it'll taste even better tomorrow (if my family doesn't eat it all tonight lol) thanks again for another great recipe!
Yes planning to use almond milk too! Glad to know it still turned out moist. Cant wait to make it in the morning
Almond milk? Bless your heart.
I totally made this. Changed the sugar amounts, but it was good! House smelling like a candle! No point in letting ripe bananas go to waste!
Knight D how did you change the sugar amounts
I’ve made this banana bread twice now and it was delicious both times and amazingly moist. Out of all the recipes I have tried making banana bread, this is simply one of the best.
I just had to comment. I have made this multiple times. This is delicious, easy and flavorful. You really can cook! Thank you for sharing and not lying about the ingredients or process. Just follow her instructions guys! I am waiting for you to open a store or something!
I've made this banana bread several times and it never fails! It's so delicious and moist!
I made this banana bread today and OMG it was the best ever. It was so cinnamony and brown sugary and moist it was freaking BOMB! Thank you so much!!!
Thank you 👏, I followed your recipe, my family loved it.
-I didn't have buttermilk, used sour cream instead.
-I did cut the sugar in HALF, my personal preference.
-Also, before baking, I sprinkled brown sugar on bottom of pan, + on top of bread. It gives a nice crunchy texture to the crust.
Saw this video two days ago, went to the store bought the ingredients and made it that same day. It was absolutely delicious. Making a second loaf today!
I used sour cream instead of buttermilk, it turned out amazing! My family loved the recipe the banana bread was gone in minutes 😄
Good grief. I had every single ingredient ... Except vanilla!! I didn't know it until I went to reach for it 😭. I was too far into the recipe so i just kept going. Its in the oven now!! My kids wont notice I didn't add vanilla.
Update: This was delicious without the vanilla.
I made this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! I love all your recipes. Thank you 🥰
Wow! Just finished two loaves of your banana bread! Hands down the best we have ever had !! The whole family agrees. Subscribed, can't wait to try more of your recipes.

Gevinda Rizki Dewi v
Gevinda Rizki Dewi agreed!
She is so funny!! Love it!
I thought the same! I love good people! ❤️
Lol😂 it's cute I agree
You're title was not lying with it said it was the bomb! I made a batch for myself, and I subbed out the cinnamon for nutmeg (I ran out of cinnamon), and I also added a peanut butter glaze on top! ( 1/3 cups of powdered sugar, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1/3 cups of milk for a thin glaze). I ate it right when it came out of the oven, and it was basically Jesus. Literally. It's been a day, and I kid you not, the banana bread was better. I microwaved it too. Combination of heaven and deliciousness in my mouth! Can't wait to bake some for my family!
+hannalovesfood Peanut Butter glaze!!!??? do you put that on before of after it's baked??? :D I have been trying to recreate this Banana bread they sell at my uni cafeteria that has a very moist exterior, but haven't been lucky so far Y_Y
+ShenTao this recipe is very moist on the inside!! I overbaked it by 15 minutes, but it was still moist! If you do make this recipe, I recommended checking in it around the 45 minute mark. And for the peanut butter glaze, I put it on after it's baked! I tried it when it came out of the oven and when it was cooled, and both are still delicious!! Good luck :D
hana you had me a peanut butter glaze !!! I will most definitely be giving this a try with your peanut butter glaze !!
Hi there! I baked some last night and you are damn right, it is a bomb! The best banana bread I have ever tasted. My friends loved it and my husband as well! Too many videos on this on You Tube but I picked yours because you've got a catchy title and a lively, cute
n' funny presentation! You are loved here yo! Thank u so much!
Hey how are you making banana bread and I would like to see you soon.🤔😂☺🤗🤗😋😎😇🤤😪😫😴😜😛🤒🤑😲😷🤢🤕👿👹👺💀☠👻👽
