Oh my gosh!!! Thank you so much. The pillow under the hip/waist helps so much!! If I lie on my right side, I can get a migraine. But if I lie on my left I get hip pain. The left side is my preferred position. I try to sleep on my back, but don't like it much. Thank you!
Hello dr, I noticed my problem is different because I have hip pain on the opossite side i'm lying on. So when I lay on my right side, my left hip is the one that hurts and vice versa. I also feel the pain sometimes extends upwards and strains my waist. So I just usually sleep on my back Is this a specific condition i'm experiencing? Any tips to ease the pain? Thankyou

You're welcome!
My both hips hurting after both hips being replaced so I haven’t been able to find any comfortable positions
On your back with pillows under your knees would be my best guess in that case. Let us know what ends up working for you. Good luck!

The tips in the video should still help, especially the pillow between the knees
