Even if your kids didn't like fishing. Trust me they will remember the exact spot they caught that first fish forever. 25 years ago I caught my first fish a northern pike. any time I visit my home town, its the first place I go. The spot never disappoints
The way you explain your topic is very good I don’t get board watching your videos I’ve fish my whole life now I’m getting old but j don’t fish trout to much so you are teaching a old dog how to fish better. I’m a catfish man. But son-in-law takes me trout fishing so I need to learn thanks.
Hay Jordan I’ve been fishing south central Idaho for large rainbows in spillway fast water just below the dams this time of year there letting out a lot of water! I throw into the white water then slow drift next to it back at the dam and my problem has been the volcanic rock straightening my hooks or breaking me off on the slow drift! So I thought I’d try floating my worm but couldn’t find a worm inflater all the sport shops and Walmart are sold out so I went to the farm store and picked up a syringe with a couple of needles it worked like a charm l also put a little red styrofoam beed above the worm! Couldn’t wait to try it! First cast bam 2 1/2 pounder and let a few go after that but here’s the deal for the first time l went home with the same hook l started with! No bent or lost rigs! I’m now a believer and a subscriber! Thanks buddy!!
Great video! Tips on floating help since the ponds around here have a lot of bottom growth. Nice easy spots to take my boy and teach him fishing 101. I couldn't get nothing to float last time! I'll try this and marshmallow I read in the comments.
Liked and subscribed. I have never heard of this trick. I have been fishing for Rainbow and brown trout here in the north of Ireland ever since I was a lad of 8 year old I am 47 now and still love fishing the same lake in Castlewellan. This week I will use your method of putting a air bubble into the worm and I'll let you know if I had any luck with it. Thanks for sharing. .
Do you recommend adding a corky to the leader? Thanks I love your videos. I am passing these on to a few friends who want to try stockers for the 1st time this year. Happy Fishing man!
Should try a double hook one in the head of the worm and one in the tail works wonders for me and load it with air less holes = more flotation for longer also if they grab either end = more hook ups
Looks effective. Me, I'm too lazy to keep track of a worm blower. Sliding a single mini marshmallow over the hook and just against the knot will float a worm as well. Plus if the fishing is slow you have a handy snack or an addition to a cup of hot chocolate. 😀😀
Dude. Wait. The weight on that snap just rubbing on that braid didn’t immediately shred the line? You tied a normal knot? You didn’t slobber on the knot and yet the line didnt burst into flames? You used a regular worm? You used a lead weight? You caught a fish? My grampa was right when he said expensive lures are money in the toilet (as he peed off the boat... hah)? Nice.
Another quality video mate! Was thinking of using a small peg float to keep the bait off of the bottom...what are your thoughts on that? Thanks very much...Dan
my first reel was a penn fierce II 1000 series. I caught fish in the 30lb range regularly but honestly i would at most get to half spool. I now have a 2000 only because its easier to hold when my fingers are cold
Pretty cool idea…putting air into the worm. I’ll have to give it a try. I don’t think I’ll try a worm blower though. I might try a 10cc syringe and a needle.
When I was a kid I saw a guy at our local trout lake pump up a worm with a hypodermic needle. I asked my doctor about it and he told me he would NOT give me one for fishing. I get why. There weren't any pumps back then like what you're using. I'll start looking for them over winter.
Blow that worm up like a hot dog and when the fish hits it,it will explode. No chance of losing the fish because it will blow its lips off and float to the top.
I never watch the tip of the rod!!!!!! I watch the line where it meets the water!!!!!; You can see everything .. You wait till the tip moves.and the fish has already ate your bait and is standing in line for a ticket to the movies!!!!!!!
You guys never show a fish being caught and 7 out of ten times you're sitting at the exact same spot on the exact same lake as always... and it mostly looks like the same day. Sheesh!
What's the biggest trout you've ever caught? Drop a comment below! 🎣💬👇

Basically learning how to fish trout from your videos. I'm taking my kids out this weekend to fish for the first time. Thanks so much!

I got all my 5 trout this morning from following exactly what you showed. Thanks man. Very good tutorial
These videos are gold! Ive learned so much in just a few videos. Now I know why a sliding weight is helpful in catching fish. Thanks
This works as promised, I had lots of fun fishing with my friends.

Classic rig. My dad introduced me to this style of fishing when I was a little kid.
Cool video. Been floating worms for years works for all kinds of fish and situations.

very well presented video and useful tecnnique for fishing night crawlers off the bottom for trout.
As usual, your videos are top of the line. I feel like an amateur fisherman now with your trick lol but oh well we live and learn every day

Soak the worm in tuna oil works great or inject it with oil and it'll float
Also sounds like a plan. Go raibh maith agat
I have 100+ cans of sardines from Costco, now I know what to do with the extra juice
Wow. Never thought about doing it that way before. Thanks for the info.
Pretty cool to know that something had been doing and discovered on my own is actually a method that you use it works
Been curious about the inflated worm method. Another great tutorial, keep 'em coming!
Thanks for sharing your videos. I really enjoy watching your videos. I appreciate your work!!
Great info. Going to do this next week.
This is such a brilliant idea. Thanks dude.
Always enjoy your presentations and explanations. A very nice job.
Do you recommend adding a corky to the leader? Thanks I love your videos. I am passing these on to a few friends who want to try stockers for the 1st time this year. Happy Fishing man!
Thanks for the tips

Thanks for the gr8 video!!
I do like using that method I used it as a kid a lot... But I found for me using a slip bobber I can get to the depts they are and catch more
Looks effective. Me, I'm too lazy to keep track of a worm blower. Sliding a single mini marshmallow over the hook and just against the knot will float a worm as well. Plus if the fishing is slow you have a handy snack or an addition to a cup of hot chocolate. 😀😀
huntzz21 👌🏻marshmallows are tasty!
I just learned another new trick thank you l.
Love your videos.
This has worked well for me, great for summer trout in lakes. Look for drowned stream beds.
Awesome, gonna try this for sure

Nice.
Great Video!
Good tips man
Thanks for being elementary for us beginners
Your videos are spot on and extremely helpful! We call the worm blower, “Kamala”.
I have a feeling I know why lol.
Another quality video mate! Was thinking of using a small peg float to keep the bait off of the bottom...what are your thoughts on that? Thanks very much...Dan
good teacher
I use insulin needle to pump up night crawlers. You can also use small colored marshmallows to float your worms to.
Thank you!!!!
If you can use an insulin needle, smaller point and allows you to put more air in the worm
I was thinking the very same thing lol thanks
Y'all giving away my best tricks 🤣
Have you ever used the rig floats for bottom trout fishing? Seems like it'd work in a similar way..idk. maybe even for channel cats too.
i bought a 6,6 medium okuma rod. will this be too heavy for a trout fishing rod?
Good choice so you can effectively use a decent sized weighted bobber if preferred and cast to the middle of a small pond or lake from the bank.
my first reel was a penn fierce II 1000 series. I caught fish in the 30lb range regularly but honestly i would at most get to half spool. I now have a 2000 only because its easier to hold when my fingers are cold
Ben fishing like that for years try fishing the mud line with a bobber& worm
What kind of boat does Jordan have🤔 make a video on his set up... also on the other addicted boat's
I like the background music
Pretty cool idea…putting air into the worm. I’ll have to give it a try. I don’t think I’ll try a worm blower though. I might try a 10cc syringe and a needle.
love the info. don't need the music going through the whole thing
I use a insulin needle to inflate the worm.

Hey I might have missed something but what is keeping that pencil weight from hugging against the hook if its sliding? Thanks love the videos
A swivel between the leader and mainline, with the weight being on the mainline
Would this presentation work on other species besides trout like blue gill catfish bass
You are so brilliant fishman ! Inject air into worm belly and floating lure make trout irrisistable bites !
Interesting, I have never heard of that.
Is there a purpose behind the rubber band on your wrist?
I guess it would would on bluegills too?
Any tips to stop them deep hooking I don’t wanna keep them all the time
Use circle hooks and little bigger size
You ever tried a worm off the bottom with a drop shot rig?
Have you tried this? whats better? drop shot or carolina rig for trout?
I tried this when I went the stocked trout lake but the sunfishes took all my crawlers XD. I ended up catch trout with powerbait.
Marshmallow works too
You can also just blow into the worm but make sure to blow into it from the head
Blow that worm up like a hot dog and when the fish hits it,it will explode. No chance of losing the fish because it will blow its lips off and float to the top.
20 inches put up a good fight on Kokanee gear
👍👍
Neat. Never heard of pumping them w/ air? What's w/ the 27 down voters?? geez... Nice job.
Couldn’t you get the same thing from a drop shot?
I did this with a power bait mellow & killed it .
why 2 beads lol. only need the one for the shock of casting
The other one you need to protect your top guide
10 lbs ice fishing...there is 30 lbs rainbows around tho 😐
How do we know you caught anything? ;)
I never watch the tip of the rod!!!!!!
I watch the line where it meets the water!!!!!;
You can see everything ..
You wait till the tip moves.and the fish has already ate your bait and is standing in line for a ticket to the movies!!!!!!!
You should of posted actually catching a fish, homie!!
won`t a corkie keep it off the bottom???
Italian Troutaholic Ya, you could also do that.
That’s what I use
Repetitive scratching sound 'music' was too annoying. Couldn't listen anymore. Do you think your audience is fishermen or slumb gangsters?
I think we probably have a few gangster fisherman.
Woulda been much better if you'da shown that worm actually attracting a bite, and better yet--catching a fish.
You guys never show a fish being caught and 7 out of ten times you're sitting at the exact same spot on the exact same lake as always... and it mostly looks like the same day. Sheesh!
It's about you and us catching fish bro... The knowledge is beast!
Do you add any scent??
Are night crawlers like earth worm in UK?
Lob worm basically
