Thank you for the information. Good to know that broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts count as greens because I really dislike cooked leafy greens. I like the idea of having the skull and crossbones "poison" symbol on my phone for when I'm in a weak situation. Thanks so much and my sympathies to you on the loss of your dear friend Dr. McDougall.

Thank you for doing this free 5-day series. I know it’s really helping people. Even though I’ve been following Chef AJ and all your gurus for years, I still always learn something from you. You have such a wonderful way of explaining things simply and interesting. Plus as a piano player myself, I LOVE it when you play something for us!❤️🎶🎹🥦🍎🥔🥝🥝🥬🍓🍆🍅🥕🧅🍉

@@plantemus That would be awesome! Health and WFOB Vegas SOS free is my purpose. Music is my passion! I often watch some of your old interviews you did like with Doug Lisle for example. So thanks again for all you do. And so sorry for the loss of your dear friend Dr. McDougall. We are all devastated. I’ve been following him since I got one of his books published in 1993 soon after it came out.

Are there any substitutes for garlic and onions in the recipes? I cooked for someone who can't eat them, but I would love to still make the recipes. Thank you!

Low dose sunshine levels such as light levels in the Uk were found to be sufficient for No production by the body on exposure to sunlight. NO is a neuro modulator so increased bioavailability could alter other organ functions. Caldwell was incorrect about fat intake but has since corrected the stance. I did not see much to suggest that increasing NO by chewing extra portions of greens is of any benefit. What research papers were used?

Nitric oxide is something the body produces with sun exposure. Why would there be a need to increase intake if daily exposure to sunlight? My understanding is more is not better that there is a percentage the body can use and adding more adds no benefit?
