I have been dealing with anxiety for a while now, and well it's very important to understand the triggers... I completely agree about that realization as well - I have seen myself say that LIMBIC shut up! And honestly it makes it easier... because you realize this isn't real and you eventually will be in control again!
The awareness also does a lot

This is what I do to calm down my anxiety. And believe me, it works well for everyone.
    1. Being aware of the triggers and situations that cause me anxiety. It is through introspection and journaling.
    2. With the help of tip #1 I can predict when I am going to have an anxiety attack. For example, When the trigger or situation is near, anxiety attack will come in a few minutes or seconds.
    3. When I am sure that I am going to have an anxiety attack, I take deep breaths and count every second.
    4. Anxiety attack is prevented and I can face the situation with confidence.

Matlab Bipolar, Schezophenia, and all that jiski spelling bhi nhi aati...
Homeopathic treatment liya 3 month ka... Understanding to aa gya hai ke Ye dar baith gya... Lekin ab 1 year passed Brain pattern is same... Mental Disorder toh kuch hua nhi... Jo muze laga next 6 month mein ho jayega.... Lekin wo darr mann mein baith hi gya 😂😂....
Ab samajh nhi aa raha ke Psychologist ke pass jana hai ya Neurologist ke pass 😂.
