    I am very very thankful for the video. I have cervical pain for last 12 years, and with age it has worsened over last 2 years. The pain has reduced by doing your exercises over last 2 weeks everyday and I feel much relieved.

    Namaste mam main 3 Hafte se aapka yoga kar rahi hun mujhe bahut survical se Chakkar a rahe the but Chakkar Mein bahut aaram hai main usse yoga ke साथ-साथ apni gardan Ki Do Bar sikai bhi Karti hun Piche aapka bahut bahut Shukriya aapane bahut acche se samjhaya hai Thats a great exercise and great women love you ma'am aapane Meri bahut badi problem solve Ki Hai Mere to samajh mein hi nahin aata tha aisa lagta tha ki Jivan Mein Chakkar ke sath hi Mujhe Jina padega check karungi goliyan bhi Khati Thi tab Bhi Koi Fark nahi Hota 10 din ke bad Mujhe Chakkar Mein Kafi release Mila main do time aapke exercise daily karti thi Subah 5:00 baje se uthake ek ghante 6:00 baje tak Jisko bhi Aisi problem hai main to kahungi exercise Agar galat Bhi Koi Karta Hai Na tab bhi effective hi hai

    Thanks a lot I was waiting for this. Video from a long time...finally found it... actually I'm suffering from cervical rib, doctors have advised me for extraction of my 1st rib but I don't wanna go for it, I really don't want any kind of surgery but having extreme pain in my right side of the neck...there is a pointed pain just below the jawlines I feel...this pain spreads sometimes..pain in backbone,back portion of my neck, Arms and on the shoulder..hope this will help me...from tomorrow morning only I'm gonna try this.

    Mam, this is the most important vdo for me , because I feel that the exercises u suggested will be very useful as I m using laptop etc for more than 8 hrs or so...

    I shall certainly follow this routine from now onwards and sure I will give u the feedback for my shoulder,neck and back pain relief by following this routine regularly..

    I was suffering from severe cervical pain for weeks. Even turning my head was painful. Waking up in the mornings was the most painful. Stiff neck, back pain, the works!!!
    I followed this routine just once last night and let me tell you today was the first time in weeks that I haven’t woken up with severe pain and a stiff neck. Alhamdulillah! I still am in pain but nothing compared to what I was suffering from before. I’m sure with more practice of this routine In Shaa Allah it will get even better.
