He is my all time, favorite player and favorite steelers player. He's arguably the last guy of the steelers generational defense. Where his time was all hard dudes. Harrison, Troy P, Porter, Keisel ect. Heyward is stuck between the older generation and the new. I mean, the defense out there today is awesome. But putting harrisons guys to today's guys.... today's guys would be massacred.

Awesome conversation. Great Insight. And James is correct about acting it's alit harder to de then one would think. To make the line the emotion, and your motion match.

I agree 100%. I have a video of when I made the local Friday night hits reel on the news. It was a nasty crack back block that sent the guys helmet into the bench. It is targeting without a doubt in today's game. Back then, it was celebrated on the local news. Soon the game will be hand soccer.

Pusification is a real thing I played in HS and College man and our coaches used to give us hell even in middle school we got cussed out. Now I coach you can’t even yell at a kid or make them run because of how parents are knowing these kids need the discipline it’s sad.

Totally agree with his explanation of tackling. I've played for years and when they tried changing the rules so fast it was a recipe for disaster but revenue for the NFL.
