A lot of people also confuse 40 yards as equal to 40 meters making false assumptions when the 40 yard dash is compared to a 100 meter sprint. 40 yards = 36.5 meters 100 meters = 109.3 yards
The only chance Hill has is that Bolt's weakness is his start. Watch any of his races and you will see that he turns on the Jets in the last 50m or so. He was initially a 200m racer l.

I believe Usain is recorded at 28 mph...6 mph faster than hill. 6 mph is a big difference in the car let alone on a track....
