Good job ! ❤ Best way i know your on top dead center is… when the intake closes and the compression release ( exhaust ) barely opens and closes That Is Top Dead Center ! Always works w my engines ! I just have problems w cheap carbs, nibbi 28 has been serving me well !
How much side-to-side movement is acceptable? Pulled the valve cover on my GX200 and the intake rocker has some play left to right (like yours in the video) by my exhaust rocker is really really tight. No play. Both move freely and the engine runs fine. Noticed some sputtering at WOT though.
@@MesaMinis great vid i also have question sorry lol i just put a arc billet flywheel on gov deleted predator 212 hemi nd i could start it find by pulling start cord nvr any snap backs until i installed the billet nd i set them both at .003 what can i do to get rid of the snapping back of the pull cord ?
Hey can anyone help me i have a non hemi the guy i got it from kids ran it on choke for like an hour could it be broke valve cleaned carb checked fuel flow adjusted the valves it still runs like shit thanks
I don’t understand the locking but part of this. I’ve been sitting here messing with my valves for like 3 hours and both nuts are adjusting the tightness it’s impossible to get it snug. Please help lol
003 is absolutely correct, my predator runs great.

honestly stock rockers have a lot of play. sputtering is from your carb try a bigger main jet or add more fuel to the fix
You just want a little bit of resistance when you use the filler gauge
hey bro, what size mm is that nibbi? i’ve been struggling to find one for my 24mm nibbi.. thanks
The manual says .004-.006 intake and .006-.008. Have you tried 5 intake and 7 exhaust?
Never
Always .0003

Will a credit card work?

Yes, use it to buy some feeler gauges.

Most likely the carb tune

I’m timing them at .003 and no matter what I do it’s either too tight where I’m ripping my feeler gauge out or it’s way too loose.
@kegancovey2169 you tighten the big nut with your fingers.
Tighten bolt finger tight onto the feeler gage. Then slightly loosen bolt when also tightening the 10mm nut
❤️ur a beautiful person
