Just don't hog it, make channels with a rasp. Take the sharp edges and hard turns down and port match it. That's the best you are going to get without a dyno or flow bench.

And after enlarging that exh port that much your gonna bolt on some small diameter header. it doesnt make much sense to open up the runner that much.
You need to port match the header as well

I gained 300rpm and 3mphMore air flow but less velocity But yeah a flow bench would help
