Hey can anyone help me i have a non hemi the guy i got it from kids ran it on choke for like an hour could it be broke valve cleaned carb checked fuel flow adjusted the valves it still runs like shit thanks

How much side-to-side movement is acceptable? Pulled the valve cover on my GX200 and the intake rocker has some play left to right (like yours in the video) by my exhaust rocker is really really tight. No play. Both move freely and the engine runs fine. Noticed some sputtering at WOT though.

The manual says .004-.006 intake and .006-.008. Have you tried 5 intake and 7 exhaust?

I was debating an x-pipe muffler in place of the non-resonated x-pipe, on my Borla Atak catback, but the axleback already does an okay job. I ended up swapping the axleback out for a Borla S-Type axleback, and it’s a whole 25-35% quieter. Obviously, if you’re catless, it’s not going to be the ultimate fix for loudness and rasp, but it will be the first big step IMO. I also debated on modifying my exhaust to the point of taking out that center brace plate, towards the further half of the mid pipes, heading towards the piping going to the rear mufflers. Not that it does a whole lot, but… I also debated on a 3” inch exhaust, and I might go with this, as it makes my high flow cat choices a lot easier. I will probably need to get 2.5-3” reducers/adapters and clamps, when I throw back on my stock exhaust manifolds/downpipes for emissions….
