I like it that the commercials come in between the full workout and the cool down. That’s the exact right break time I need to have a sip of water and feel accomplished 🤩thank you for the workout video
Really like Eleni. I prefer instructors who do not talk throughout the work out. My only suggestion is if you can show a modified option in a side screen. Fortunately for me, I exercise to several HIIT work outs on RUclips so I've learned to modify moves that work best for my lower back (I am in the 60's). Perhaps Eleni is targeting a younger audience, but the moves are fantastic that ALL age groups could benefit from them. Otherwise, I highly recommend this instructor!

I'm not quite strong enough to finish the very last rep on beat (the elbow plank to plank kills my poor little arms), but man, the beats are especially perfect for the bicycle part and it incentivizes me to hit them perfectly and finish out strong!

A wonderfully effective, quick and not boring workout. I added 5 pound leg weights and 5 pound dumbbells to certain exercises to make it more challenging. I like this one a lot!
Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this work out to much. felt it was chaotic and jumping until you get sick. Looking for more strategic workouts that don't make you super tired after 10 minutes.

If you're a little older and cant get up and down quickly for the floor exercises or planks, do it by holding onto the arms of a chair. I think this is a great workout but I had to adapt some of the movements.

I burned 400 but I almost passed out ngl!! She worked me hard (yall can do this)
Burned 362 before the cool down, with some modification for weak wrists. Definitely worked up a sweat.
