    Just curious - how many calories did you actually burn? I consider myself pretty active and only burned 265.

      after HIIT workouts you are burning calories also after workout, maybe that's the pioint of 500 calories🤔

      It depends on your weight. If you weigh over 200 pounds you're going to burn more calories than if you weigh 130 pounds and it's also dependent on an individuals muscle mass.

    I like it that the commercials come in between the full workout and the cool down. That’s the exact right break time I need to have a sip of water and feel accomplished 🤩thank you for the workout video

    I think the title 500 calories burn or whatever mean you have to do it twice!!!😂💖😂😂 but 1 time is pretty good already😃

    Really like Eleni. I prefer instructors who do not talk throughout the work out. My only suggestion is if you can show a modified option in a side screen. Fortunately for me, I exercise to several HIIT work outs on RUclips so I've learned to modify moves that work best for my lower back (I am in the 60's). Perhaps Eleni is targeting a younger audience, but the moves are fantastic that ALL age groups could benefit from them. Otherwise, I highly recommend this instructor!

    Burned 362 before the cool down, with some modification for weak wrists. Definitely worked up a sweat.

    Thank you for always choosing a bop to end out the workout! I'm not quite strong enough to finish the very last rep on beat (the elbow plank to plank kills my poor little arms), but man, the beats are especially perfect for the bicycle part and it incentivizes me to hit them perfectly and finish out strong!

      Well done!! Just wanted to remind that you never need to zap any food you eat, because food is fuel and your body needs it! :) Workout for yourself and for your own wellbeing, not do 'get rid of' the food you ate in the past. Good luck with the workout!

    Decided to do this workout because I was having a bad mood. I released all my emotions to this and it was a blast and sweaty stress reliever! Now I'm gonna take a shower and make myself some great lunch lol and watch Sex and the City. Thank you, Eleni! Perfect Sunday cardio, by the way.

    I've been doing this exercise for a while now and never burn 500 calories the most I've burned was 300 calories.

    i rarely comment but i've been doing your cardio workouts for almost 3weeks and all i can say is that they're the best, i tried a lot of others cardio but they dont make me sweet as much as yours (im literally a lake) and yours are so organized with the percent below to see if it will soon finish and with the mini video you put during the rest to see what we have to do so we can already get ready (and the number of calories we can burn) !! just amazing !!! thanks you so much

    A wonderfully effective, quick and not boring workout. I added 5 pound leg weights and 5 pound dumbbells to certain exercises to make it more challenging. I like this one a lot!

    Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this work out to much. felt it was chaotic and jumping until you get sick. Looking for more strategic workouts that don't make you super tired after 10 minutes.

    I'm genuinely wondering if anyone has actually lost 500 calories with this video. A few of us tried, and I know it says up to, but none of us got anywhere close. The most was 213 calories.

    This is a GOOD workout but it is NOT a dance workout. Definitely will get you sweating though!

    If you're a little older and cant get up and down quickly for the floor exercises or planks, do it by holding onto the arms of a chair. I think this is a great workout but I had to adapt some of the movements.
