Okay don’t know who’s reading this 8 years later but just did this. Killer workout. Love it. Pretty advanced and will have you sweating. Took me 20 minutes in total (15 reps each move on both sides). Definitely recommend!!!
OMG I love these workouts! I use to be a ballerina a 100 years ago. Bad epideral, car wreck, fractures to my spine I've gained weight but these workouts make me feel alive and strong! LOVE THEM. Losing inches, tightening, toning. LOVE IT!
Her workouts look so simple and like they wont even make you sore...boy are you wrong!!! I have done a few of her workouts and I cant walk the next day.
I am doing these exercises to work my way up to joining the Tracy Anderson Method. This is a great way to learn some of the moves & work my way up to a better fitness level! Great job, Tracy! Thanks for sharing!
Tremendously stressful on the knees and these are definitely advanced. No alternatives if you cannot balance as well.. Jus do it this way and possibly get injured. You really need to be fit as a fiddle to do these as the require a tremulous amount of balance. She also has you holding on one knee while balancing. It's great but give some ways to build up to it I still do not think a person with knee problems could do any of this. One or two exercises on your knees ok but almost everything she does on the floor involves stress on the knee joint
I like her, all is tough ..but I find i like my legs a bit stronger with lunges and squats and classical training..when I stopped doing the classic " lunges etc leg training", i got massive hip, inner thoigh injury from weakness... I think mixing up is key...
For me, every exercise seems that I am going to hurt my back. In most of the exercise she curve her back. I think the exercises are difficult and it’s better to trying them under supervision
Her form is very poor and dangerous. She had lordosis, which is a tilted forward pelvis and she does nothing to correct that and is not safely instructing anyone that may also have this hyper flexibility. Very dangerous.
Muddada Pushpa Kranthi , trying pilates!! It’s slow but you will see the changes. I prefer pilates because you have a professional on your side taking care and checking you are doing the exercises correctly. Everytime you think on exercise be aware mainly of your back, because if you don’t do the exercises properly you will hurt it badly.
try! Even the effort is good for your brain and as she says when you sleep your brain continues processing it. You'll be surprised at the improvement over time. So worth it!!
Miranda frost they are hard at first!! I hit pause & try it...then watch again & then try again...they are designed to work hard in a short period of time....when I am learning it takes me about double or triple the time...but it is better than sitting on a couch! I am sure you can find other workouts that are more simplistic...just work your way up to this!
As me gran proudly waved her size 113 unmentionable bday gift because they were more expensive than a VolksWagen.. I said never ever will I become a sac.. So I danced and danced.. However our biggest enigma is the cataloguing of calories relative to ethnic profiling though GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOOD GROUPS AND HYSTERICAL REACTION TO DEPRIVATION OF Melon fat...melyn sheath.. Great exercises but I gotta say I'm more impressed by how she can talk and explain while doing them. I can barely breathe...damn you Tracy! ;)

My heart rate hit 120 doing these, she makes it look so easy. I only did 10-15reps of each Yikes!

I didnt lose 10 inches in 10 days but I did lose 5 inches from doing it for 2 weeks, I also had a 1200 calorie diet and 2 litres of water per day

What if you have bad knees?
fold up a towel or a yoga mat to provide cusion for ur knees.thats what i do and ill do the move that i can do standing holding onto a chair.
I use knee pads to do her workouts.

Compound exercises are the best and you can learn.
I'm sure they're great but too complicate and hard for me.
