    For a fitness instructor who does not have defined ABS I'm not really sure how these moves are any different from regular ab workouts? I can appreciate the different styles but I just don't get why they have to be so complicated.

      sin ofender a la sra Tracy puedes lograr buenos resultados con una
      alimentacion saludable y con
      ejercicios más faciles de ejecutar.
      ese es su metodo y se lo respeto solo que no es para la mayoria de mujeres.
