*I've been searching for keto-friendly meal prep ideas, and this video is a goldmine. The recipes are easy to follow, and the variety of dishes is fantastic. I can't wait to try them all!*
OMG - ham salad! I don't eat ham, but my college roommate used to come back to school every year after Easter with a big tub of ham salad and packages of Hawaiian rolls. (I'm sure leftover ham from Easter!). She LOVED it. She's welcoming a baby next month and I'm totally going to make some to take to her!
I used to work weekends as a Relief House Mother at a girls maternity home. We had food donated Ie turkeys. I taught them how to make turkey spread… I added turkey… onion… celery… Mayo…. parsley.. S & P… yum.. these pregnant girls munched the whole turkey up!! They made more turkeys go just make the turkey spread!! Yum!!
Been looking all over you tube for this!!! You’re amazing making this so easy, love your voice, and just getting down to the point. Plus being a mom,,, please please please more keto meal prep!!!
Thank you. I love the keto lifestyle. I've been very successful in losing weight and feeling like a 20 yo, I'm 55 and went from 175 to 135 in just under six months. And have maintained it easily.
Omg thank you so much loved your video. I may be a little late with the date you posted but whatever. It’s Actually the first video I’ve watched of yours LOOOOVED!!!!💕💕😁😁😁It was very helpful for my family and I. My husband is a truck driver and it’s really hard to eat healthy and not be tempted with all the fast food out there while he’s traveling. So to make him feel more comfortable I pack all his food etc. but for the most part it’s been the same foods bc I also don’t want him to become so full and he doesn’t want to work or he feels heavy. So seriously thank you so much. It’s really nice to watch you prep/fix an entire meal turn it into dinner/breakfast snacks etc. 👌🏽👀💯🥰love seeing these type of videos from you!!🙂😁💯
I just found your channel last night and I’m glad I did! Your meal prep videos have inspired me! I’ve got to get back to keto. I had lost 88 pounds but haven’t been faithful to it and I’m gaining and miserable! Keep making these please!!
I am a stay home parent and wife and I do clean keto cooking 100%. I trying to cause less chaos and stress on me by meal prepping more, I've been trying to flex a new budget too w the prices still rising we have had a few financial hits. Watching the prep vids really harshness a light on how much food we throw away! Now I. Using the left overs as part of the meal plans (like Using leftover roasted quarters to make casserole and bone broth in a crockpot instead of trying to convince children leftovers are fun lunches)
Hey Jenn, Just wanted to let you know that I've made the Cheesy Sausage Balls a few times and I think I have made some good adjustments that may save you time and money (yay). They are fantastic! Probably my new favorite snack. They are very additive and moreish! 1. Eggs - I have only used two eggs (not four as per the recipe). I'm not a huge fan of eggs or anything too eggy. Quite often I find with recipes that you can reduce eggs by one or two with no ill effects. When only using two eggs, the cheese and the sausage become the heros. 2. Flour- made them with almond flour rather than coconut flour. I prefer the more savoury flavour. 3. Hot Sauce - I added some Frank's hot sauce as you suggested and it is good but you have to add quite a lot - like 2tbs for the flavour to come through. 4. Muffin tray - Also I baked them in a muffin tray rather than on the flat baking tray and this makes the bottom and the sides nice and crispy which I really like. 5. Mixing ingredients - I just melted the butter, then threw in all the ingredients wet and dry and mixed them in individually, finally added the eggs at the very end as the mixture was mostly cool when everything else was added. So there's no need to put the butter in the fridge if you do it this way. If i'm meal prepping i want to go hard at it! 6. Bacon - I substituted diced bacon though for the sausage. I think the sausage is better tasting but bacon worked well. I had some already cooked and cold in the fridge so why dirty another pan, right? Thanks again for all the meal plans! I cant wait to watch your newest on your released. Off to do that now xxx
4:48 Use a veggie peeler on the broccoli stalk to trim the rough outer layer, and then chop, slice..., chop part of the bottom off, cook as desired or eat raw.
Love the countless uses you share for using an instant pot. I got a dual instant pot/air fryer for Christmas and LOVE IT! I feel like a new bride all excited to cook!!! LOL!! Seriously, it's great to have so many reasons to use it (far more than a crock pot).
Hey Jennifer, I love watching your food prep videos. I noticed when you were making the blue cheese dressing, that you put the lemon in upside down in the juicer. Flip the lemon over. I know it seems crazy, but it really does make a difference. I’ve gotten so many tips from you, I wanted to share one with you. Thanks for all the great ideas.
I need to do meal prep more often than I do. However, I did wash all my fruits and veggies with water and vinegar like you showed. It really does take less time to do them all at one time and have it done.
I ADORE your channel. I have picked up so many hints and I love all the products you use. I bought a spinner and the juicer based on your recommendations.
Thanks for sharing! I wouldn't have thought to make the bento boxes or salads ahead of time but it's good to know that the items stay fresh even when mixed. I have found that produce stays fresh much longer in glass containers than in plastic.
My mama used to make ham salad, so good. Make a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and purple onion. Heaven! She also would use roast beef, it was good also.
Not sure if I missed it but would love to have seen one shot pic of everything you made in this prep after all that hard work - wow! Like the zen voice over :-)
You can always add a tablespoon of corn starch to a plastic ziplock bag, add your own grated cheese and toss to coat. I do this as part of my prepping; store the cheese in the freezer and use as required! The food processor makes short work of turning a bblock of cheese into grated.
Wow, great job! You really set yourself up for some success during the week. When you don't have fresh blueberries available, dried blueberries work great! They don't bleed like the frozen ones do. I buy my dried blueberries from Aldi for a great price. TFS!!
Thank you so much, I have been wanting to meal prep for such a long time and just haven't for one reason or another! You are an inspiration 😁😁😁 thank you again! BTW ... It's pronounced 'wuster' sauce 😁😁 us English are a strange bunch 😉😉

Thank you so much for your videos. I was told by my thyroid doctor to do meal prepping for the week to help me make healthier choices. This has been really helpful!
New Subbie!! I love how you meal prep!!!! So many other meal prep videos make like 1 or 2 meals to eat for a week and I’m one that gets tired of eating the same thing everyday!
Use a little bit of psyllium husk powder when making your sausage puffs to help them stay together and be more natural and fresh than the pre-grated cheese.
I'm not too keen on the velveeta...but I like to Try recipes as they are first (and if our elders did it that way I tend to trust that!.) That ham salad bento is exactly what i need to mix up my dreary Keto lunches. Thank you!!
I absolutely LOVE to watch you meal prep, Jen. Yesterday I broke down and ordered that chef knife you use so well :-D and today, I'm going to order those herb scissors via your AMAZON connection. Thanks for another great video.
I love this meal prep it is exhausting for me getting up at 5:10am every day and arriving home 🏠 at 5PM or 4 best cases to do any meal i rather pass by and buy something that’s the worst decision because now we paid the consequence . I going to star prep for the whole week is better and save time. Thanks
Try putting your lemon halves in your juicer the "wrong" way. They will put inside out. It works much better. I bartended in Guatemala... we juiced A LOT of limes! Love your videos! Thank you so much for posting!
Girl I just watched your 5 hr meal prep video and may I say hats off to you! I was exhausted watching it but you definitely have me motivate to meal prep and do the right thing through the work week having two jobs it’s hard but it must be done 🏃🏽♀️💯
Love the cucumber slices as chips idea!!! I meal prep for lunch during the work week and am always looking for ways to add variety to my current rotation. Thanks for the many inspirations!!❤❤❤

Hey! I got a spiralizer from aldi around $10 it's a crank kind it'll save your wrists fo sure! Aldi has good quality home items and when you can get a clearance price it's like winning food prep games
This meal prep is really great idea but can you also show us how you actually make the food during the week. For example that pork stir fry sounds good. Show us how to make yummy food fast with already prepped items.

I need to start making my own dressing. That blue cheese one looks so good. Conner is so cute, I loved how he gave the muffins two thumbs up.

I made sausage balls with just sausage almond flour cheese and 1 egg taste just like the bisquick ones and a lot less ingredients.
I've decided to stan, I could watch these videos all day and I plan on trying some of these very soon!

A good tip to juice lemons is to put them upside down in the squeeze thingy it works a lot better.
That's totally what I was thinking!👍

Second video tonight, going for a third! I can see you save a lot of time during the week! You probably save a bundle too! Thank you linda

Broccoli stems are delicious. Trim off the outside completely and the light green tender insides are my favorite part.
Try cold brewing your tea. Put bags in water in fridge over night. Makes less bitter tea.
My mother used to add Parmesan cheese to the ham. It tasted delish. It could been sandwiches, tea sandwiches and canapés.
My mom used to put in a chopped hard boiled egg as well to her ham salad.

Depending on your mixture, I'd recommend using about a .5 to .75 cup per pound with all the other ingredients.
