I absolutely love your videos and appreciate the time and preparation taken for these meal preps!!! And your lettuce prep method has been a life saver! Thank you for the tips and tricks!!!
I really like watching your videos and appreciate you use video editing not having us sit through a 48 minute video that barely gives any info. You get to the point...speak clearly, genuine and eloquently and provide info so people can easily follow. You arent trying to be extra or with some weird faked personality. You just talk. Lol thank the lord! I also love even more that you work outside of the home. Vloggers i have seen to date are entitled housewives that present unrealistic videos to the typical working person with regular income. I recognize its a preference so i just dont watch, but its nice to see a realistic human sharing things and ideas. Thank you for sharing.
Your son and that food processor was so adorable. He was all into it. Love that he's learning some cooking skills. My daughter cooks with me too. It takes some patience, especially when you just want to get it done, but it's worth it.
Jennifer, thank you for sharing your wisdom and creativity, I was very similar 30+ years ago while raising my kids and having a community of people to help with tips, tricks, good advice and time saving help is such a blessing as a mom! I am very much enjoying your meal prep videos, you're calm and clear on technique and advice. I was also going to ask about your soup recipe, so will look forward to your next post :)
Jen, I absolutely love watching your meal prep videos. Thank you so much!! I'm doing keto and I'm looking fwd to making the egg bites and make ahead chicken breast for my salads. I made my own dressing as well 💚💚💚
Oh my gosh Connor is too stinking cute helping you in the kitchen! My youngest is also a boy and he's around the same age (he's 7) and he LOVES helping me in the kitchen too ❤
Tfs love the meal prep ideas! Those reusable bags looks like something I need to try. It is so awesome your son wants to b involved with helping. Again great video!. I have been really sick so now I am back at my low carb lifestyle
Love your channel so much! I love it when I get notifications that there’s something new to watch! Thanks for keeping me company. Love and hugs from the Sunshine Coast of Australia 🇦🇺
Thank you for reminding me of where I’d learned about the chicken wraps! I was pretty sure it was on YT and pretty sure it was from GradysMom, but I couldn’t remember. Those papers so awesome. One of these days I need to make the egg bites.
Another great video full of ideas! I have so much respect for how well you take care of your family while working full time. Loved seeing the kids, it looked like Connor took his job very seriously 😄 he is just adorable. Thanks for sharing and have a great week!
It literally puts me to sleep sometimes....well...mostly every time....LOL! But in a good way, I love watching her videos but I'm 9 months pregnant so, sleep creeps up on me at odd times! Lol
I have a recipe for a veggie curry that I love to make; it courgette, aubergine, butternut squash and onion, sauté onion and garlic in a large pan. Add vegetables and sauté as well with curry spices of your choice. Then add coconut milk or coconut cream as well as a tin of chopped tomato. Season to taste. Squash makes the curry a bit sweeter and the aubergine makes it nice and meaty.
I work full time, too and have been wanting to try this, even tho it’s just me. Thanks for the video. Just a note about the snap cups...you can save money and pick them up at Wal Mart...they’re in the same aisle as the paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware. There are two different sizes, in fact. I love using them in my lunches.
Hi Jennifer this video was very helpful and inspiring today's Sunday so I'm gonna shred some cheese for salads and cube the rest for snacks. Cut the rest of my romaine for the rest of the week and also meal prep our almond cran and blueberry with pumpkin seed snacks. And grill some chicken to make life in the kitchen easier this week. Thanks for sharing.
I love watching your videos. I have loved watching your idea of cleaning your produce in the salad spinner. I bought the oxo salad spinner today and will be doing your idea. Thank you. You knife skills are so good. Great video.
Wondering if we can sub cauliflower chunks for the potatoes in the chicken curry ? I love how you adapt the dish for your family and add the potatoes after you remove your serving!
Great job, i love your videos, and your voice is sooo calm and soothing 😊😉 I actually reuse my regular ziplock for a few times before throwing them away. YES, for less plastic.
The cupcakes looked delicious and i love the idea of the reuseable bags. If you have a dollar tree store they sell plastic reuseable versions of the cups used for hummus and theyre great!!!!
I don't usually bother, but I once worked in a restaurant where we kept the salad mix in tubs full of water in the cooler, and that works really well to keep it crisp and green. If you serve right out of the tub, your greens can be drippy, but if you have a salad spinner, that solves that....
I made the egg bites twice... Once with hand beaters and once with a blender. The results with the blender were WAY better! I love your meal prep videos- they're so inspiring! Keep up the great work!
I use all of my veggie and potato scraps, peels, etc. to make vegetable broth. just keep them in a container in the freezer until you're ready to make it, I usually cook mine on low over night in the crock pot but I've also made it on the stove and pressure cooker... :)
I wanted to suggest that you pick up some of the Betty Crocker spatulas at the Dollar Tree. They are red and I swear they leave nothing behind. You can get everything from peanut butter to sauces out of any container and not waste a dtop!!
I loved this, my girls are still babies but I can’t wait to teach them to cook and have little helpers 😊 Great meal prep, I’m going to try the egg bites with cottage cheese!
Awesome meal prep yet again girl! Love the idea of making your own dressing. Do you have a good one for ranch? Also how long are they good for in the fridge? I have never seen those chicken seasoning sheets before!! So cool! I tried making the egg bites in the oven this morning and they were still delicious!! I’m so glad I found you and that recipe lol! Gonna have to try those muffins!
Hey lady....2 things....your son looks just like u and I just love watching these food prep videos; I need one everyday😂I have been making the egg bites for 3 weeks now and it makes my breakfast so easy. The cupcakes thingies from Amazon works great. I have stocked up on containers from TJ max for my snack trays . I can to your site about 2 months ago for the Keto videos.
Jen, you could also reuse your zipper bags. I also feel guilty using so many bags, so anything i use for meat gets thrown out-never reused. Anything else i was inside and out and hang to dry on a mini laundry clip (the one you use for socks or underwear). Those reusable bags looked thick and bulky making squeezing out the air hard. I can't wait to try those pumpkin muffins. I tried Keto for 7 days and lost only 400 grams and i was like: OH HELL NO!!! All that deprivation for 400 grams? I'm outta here!!! Back to being a fat happy cow for me. LOL
Jen: Great video! I don't like the fat on my chicken, fat can be added to stay in keto. I been washing my veggies and cutting them now. They are cheaper too. Gracias from Miami. 😀🌷
I have had that salad spinner for a couple years now but I never thought about washing other veggies in it. Brilliant! What are your favorite pans though, for like sautéing meat and such? I need new pans I think that’s going on my Christmas list.
Your videos have made me really want a salad spinner. I go to a thrift store every Monday, and last week I found a brand new KitchenAid salad spinner for a dollar last week! I used it for lettuce and I am now obsessed!
If you haven't tried and ever come across them, I highly recommend broccoli sprouts. They are great in salads (or as the base if you run out of salad greens), on sandwiches, in wraps. I've become obsessed. I find these videos super helpful and have been working to do more meal prep and planning. I am curious, is there a partcular way you decide what order to prep things in?
Yes!! I’m with you on trimming the fat off of chicken I personally think it’s gross. I also do not like chicken on the bone like chicken wings or drumsticks. 🤢🤣🤷♀️ Love these video 😊
I cant wait to try those egg muffins with the silicon baking cups. I always just used my muffin tin and it would stick so badly. Ugh so I bought silicon after I recommend it. My question is and it might be stupid do I have to spray the silicone cups before putting mixture in?
I absolutely love your videos and appreciate the time and preparation taken for these meal preps!!! And your lettuce prep method has been a life saver! Thank you for the tips and tricks!!!
You make meal prep seems so easy. I love your instructions. Great keto channel. Thank you!

So cute seeing Connor helping you. Thank for the Murphy add.
Love waking up to a Jennifer vlog! Have a great day!
I've had a salad spinner for the longest time and never thought to use it for washing produce. Game changer😊
Jen, I absolutely love watching your meal prep videos. Thank you so much!! I'm doing keto and I'm looking fwd to making the egg bites and make ahead chicken breast for my salads. I made my own dressing as well 💚💚💚
Thank you!
I LOOOOVE your keto/low carb meal preps!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE I WATCH AND LIKE! Lol

I love watching you chop its very relaxing
It literally puts me to sleep sometimes....well...mostly every time....LOL! But in a good way, I love watching her videos but I'm 9 months pregnant so, sleep creeps up on me at odd times! Lol
Love the salad idea!! Omg you make it look so easy and therapeutic to prep your meals

Great video as always with a special bonus of Connor and Murphy! Thank you for all your hard work.
Connor (Conner?) is a great chef-in-training! It is so great when kids take an interest in cooking! Another GREAT prep video! Thank you so much!!!!!
Your snack boxes are great, I used to be good at prepping snacks but got out of the habit. This has made me want to up my snack game
I work full time, too and have been wanting to try this, even tho it’s just me. Thanks for the video. Love watching your meal preps !!
Such great ideas this week! I need to go back to snack boxes too. Everything looked great. Thank you Jennifer for sharing with us.

Wondering if we can sub cauliflower chunks for the potatoes in the chicken curry ? I love how you adapt the dish for your family and add the potatoes after you remove your serving!
I would say definitely yes!
Great job, i love your videos, and your voice is sooo calm and soothing 😊😉
I actually reuse my regular ziplock for a few times before throwing them away.
YES, for less plastic.
Love watching your meal preps. Thanks for the Murphy clip at the end.

Watching your videos has shown me how inefficiently I chop and prep produce. Love these videos!!!
I made the egg bites twice... Once with hand beaters and once with a blender. The results with the blender were WAY better! I love your meal prep videos- they're so inspiring! Keep up the great work!
Good to know, thank you!!
You are the best. You motivate me so much. I have been cooking and prepping like crazy. Thank you so much.
Thank you!
I purchased one. I love my salad spinner. I am prepping like you now. Life is so much easier.
I use all of my veggie and potato scraps, peels, etc. to make vegetable broth. just keep them in a container in the freezer until you're ready to make it, I usually cook mine on low over night in the crock pot but I've also made it on the stove and pressure cooker... :)
So what you’re saying is you’re a grown ass woman and will trim your chicken if you want to!! 😂👍🏻👊🏻
Bahaha YASSSSS 😂👍🏻
Connor is so cute! Love your videos. I just went back to work after many years at home and your food prep helps a lot. ❤️
Thanks so much for the lettuce/lemon tip. 💖
I wanted to suggest that you pick up some of the Betty Crocker spatulas at the Dollar Tree. They are red and I swear they leave nothing behind. You can get everything from peanut butter to sauces out of any container and not waste a dtop!!
I loved this video. That was an amazing way to cut a pepper btw. I've never seen anyone do that before, so much easier than what I do.
Thank you!
It works well to cut off ends of asparagus, wash, stand on end in a mug of water in fridge. Will last for well over a week.
I have been wanting a pumpkin dessert and have looked at many , your sound delish. All the other prepping too.Thank you.
Great meal prep video as always. Thanks for sharing with us!

Awesome meal prep yet again girl! Love the idea of making your own dressing. Do you have a good one for ranch? Also how long are they good for in the fridge? Thank 🤓
I love your video! So peaceful and you are amazing💙💙
They sell lettuce knives ,they stop the lettuce from rusting. The rust is caused by a chem/reaction from the metal blade.
just so you know cashews are actually pretty hing in carbs you should use different nuts with less carbs, almonds or macademia for example
Awesome tips! Thank you so much. God bless you and your wonderful family.
💙💗💜💛❤💚
Hey lady....2 things....your son looks just like u and I just love watching these food prep videos; I need one everyday😂I have been making the egg bites for 3 weeks now and it makes my breakfast so easy. Oh, Connor is too adorable!!

The egg bites look so tasty! I want to try gouda sometime. Everything looks so good, I need to start meal prepping!
Jen: Great video! I don't like the fat on my chicken, fat can be added to stay in keto. I been washing my veggies and cutting them now. They are cheaper too. Gracias from Miami. 😀🌷
Yes an other video on prep meals !!! My favorite!!! 😘
I appreciate that you are reducing your plastic! Thank you
I love how you prep everything thank you for sharing. How long does it take you to prep ?
Depends on what I’m doing
I have had that salad spinner for a couple years now but I never thought about washing other veggies in it. Brilliant! What are your favorite pans though, for like sautéing meat and such? I need new pans I think that’s going on my Christmas list.
I have cuisinart or calphalon :)
Just found the channel. Nice meal prep!
Great info on preparing certain. Vegetables Mu favorite the salade thanks 😀
I also trim my chicken breast. I do really like fat at all that was always rough for me doing keto. Great meal prep!
You're really the G.O.A.T at meal prepping!😍
I had to google that lol!!
The pumpkin muffin are awesome but they are even better if you put cream cheese in the middle
I ate it with whipped cream on top 😜
Love the recipes! I get a lot of mine from magazines and cookbooks as well. Some off of pinterest!! - Keep it going!1 Love the channel!!
You should try the curry chicken with the whole chicken that you cut into pieces it’s so good...
I would like to suggest a rubber spatula to scrap thick liquids out of the mixer.
Wow. Your pink glass saucepan!! May I ask where you got it from? It's stunning!
Love your video and Ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Your pinterest boards look PHENOMENAL! Can u do a instant pot 101? I want to get one but just dont feel educated enought to buy one yet.
Ok, I want your kitchen 😍. Great video as always...I so wish I liked eggs bc they look so good!
Love your prep videos Thank you xx😀💚
Thank you!
I bought one and did grapes and lettuce. The grapes were so different verses just rinsing
😘
hi, I love thye egg bites idea, but I would like to know about how many calories per serving that breakfast would be.
Can you show us how you make it or give a recipe for the broccoli cheese soup? That’s one of my favs😃
I will be sharing this in my next what I eat in a week video! I did film it :)
I am missing something....where did you purchase the re usable bags ?
They are from Grove Collaborative
the salad spinner and the pizza pan were two items my daughter wanted to take when she moved out... nope, i still have them
Just made the egg bites. It's a miracle...4 picky eaters liked them! Adding them to the rotation. Do the oven version warm up in the microwave nicely?
Yes they do! That’s awesome :)
I'm so impressed oh my goodness gracious. You are such a organize person I ever see wowwwww 👍🌹 🌹❤️🌹
Mommy T. B
Your videos have made me really want a salad spinner. I go to a thrift store every Monday, and last week I found a brand new KitchenAid salad spinner for a dollar last week! I used it for lettuce and I am now obsessed!
Hi, I bought the OXO one and I spin and spin and spin, but hey are never completely dry. Shouldn't they be completely dry JEN??? HELP
No not completely dry. I spin until no more water comes off into the bowl. I dump it out one or two times
Krystal Jackson Thanks for the reply. I’m afraid if I do it too many times I will bruise and wilt the lettuce. I WANT DRY LETTUCE. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mine is not completely dry, that’s why I put a paper towel in the container with it :)
I love you Jen for always replying!!! I thought you put the paper for future condensation not from the rinse. Good to know boss. Much love.
were do you get your recipes from ? Thanks for sharing
I try to do whatever takes the longest first. Thank you!
Thanks. That makes sense. I was wondering if there was anything more to it.
Yes!! I’m with you on trimming the fat off of chicken I personally think it’s gross. I also do not like chicken on the bone like chicken wings or drumsticks. 🤢🤣🤷♀️ Love these video 😊
Thanks for the great ideas!
AWESOME! Can you tell me where you found the seasoned chicken wraps and in what part of the store? They look awesome to try! Thanks! ❤️
I think in the spice aisle
I cant wait to try those egg muffins with the silicon baking cups. I always just used my muffin tin and it would stick so badly. Ugh so I bought silicon after I recommend it. My question is and it might be stupid do I have to spray the silicone cups before putting mixture in?
You can but I don’t think you absolutely have to
